Boombox 3

I read plenty of reviews and purchased a few disappointing speakers, recently stumbled across a used boombox 3 for $200 and just went for it and I been very impressed on how good it actually sounds. I think when this one gives out I will replace with yet another boombox 3 or a PartyBox because I have yet to be let down by a JBL but my trick is I always get them on a sale, clearance or used lol

Get a regular BB3. Wi-Fi isn't worth the mark-up. I would still choose the 3 over the 4 even at the same price.

BB3 is the one with Wi-Fi. Idk wtf the commenter is trying to say.

I'm tripping. I thought he said 4. I'd have never assumed he was making a totally redundant statement. I don't know why he's saying 3 has Wi-Fi when I already touched on that in my comment... It makes less sense now than with my previous understanding.

Well it depends, are you looking for Wi-Fi capability? If not, then you could go for the bb4. I have a standard bb3 and it still sounds amazing. I didn’t want a bb4 bc it’s ugly and it doesn’t have partyboost.

The bass on the bb3 is still really good. You will not be disappointed. It still has a lot of bass. And from what i’ve heard yeah the sound quality is better in the bb3.

Thats pretty cool. I went for the boombox instead of the partybox at the same price just because the sound is clearer on the boombox.

i literally bought both the pb120 and bb3 to see which one i like more, trust me the bb3 is if not as loud as the pb120 if plugged in

technically yea true i did feel the difference between the bb3 bass and pb120 bass both plugged in, but if you just plug your bb3 in and unplug the pb120 they literally are soo close to the same amount of bass. and when you own one and not both i assure everybody in the world that you wont recognise any difference. i do gotta say tho, when listening to songs with both lots of bass or little bass the bb3 sounds clearer as it has different drivers for the low, mid, and highs as far as i know, i dont know too much technically about boxes

I have a Sony ult 7, JBL bb3, Sony xv900, soundcore rave3s, Sony xg500 Sony xg300 Sony ult 5 Both ult1 for stereo  Soundcore boom 2 PRO (haters on that) Also boom3i  This motion x600 Drops bass low easily to 40 hz  My sonys drop to 20hz And JBL hits 35hz when plugged in  The x600 is super clean HIFI LIKE MY BIG SONY XV900 and SOUNDCORE IS NOT LACKING BASS. Seriously hifi sound with bass Real bass though  If the track doesn't have it It's not there  Great speaker  Seriously 💯 

Another vote for the Xtreme 4. Picked one up for the beach (After returning the Boombox 3 as I didn’t realize how big it was) and it checks all the boxes from sound to durability and the fact it has two way USB C charging was a huge bonus!

I recomment the boombox 3 or the Partybox 120. you Need to adjust the Bass on 120 for proper flat Sound, but it is the best bang per Buck imo

I had the BB3 and now the BB4. Idk what magic they did with the 4 but this thing is INSANE. Sound quality and volume is much better than the 3. I think the only thing the 3 WiFi has that may have a slight advantage is the WiFi connection and “atmos” effect

Not right now. The boombox 3 sounds better. The sales are at the worse time for me. I almost bought one. Be careful shopping if you have US dollars and low or no sales taxes. But anything you buy you don't need is always overpriced.
