"Back to back in my opinion they blow the airpods pro 2 out of the water in clarity, separation, and punch."
"these have the deepest, cleanest and "tumpiest" bass out there."
"The gemini 2s 5hz frequency response is incredible. Granted not audible, but you can feel it in certain music."

"Noble fokus rex5 best sounding change my mind. ... Five drivers per ear bud game changing for sure ... Yes, you're so right. They are by far number one. ... There may be a few airbuds that get better battery a little bit, better ANC but right now my two cents worth, there's nothing on a planet that sounds better than these. ... I have all the heavy hitters. The techniques 80/100 Sony 4 and 5 sennheisers 3 and 4 and the Devialet gemini II. ... Ronontech on YouTube did a review on the Aviot a few days ago. I belive he liked the Nobels better. ... Also on YouTube, check out Flossie Carter review on the Nobles, he went absolutely nuts. Best sounding wireless earbuds he has ever heard."
"As for gaming I'd probably rank them 1. A50 ... As for music I'd rank them 1. A50 ... And for movies I would rank them 1. A50."
"these fifth generation A50s sound better than anything I’ve ever used. ... New DAC, new Graphene drivers, really nice sounding."

"If you want portable that you can take outdoors and get wet, check out the Bose Soundlink Max and Soundlink Flex. I have the flex and take it paddleboarding and camping and love it! Bonus: it floats!"
"they are by far the loudest small size speakers"
"The 4 sounds phenomenal given it's size - if I put it next to my hifi speakers you wouldn't realise that the sound was coming from that little cylinder rather than the hifi"

"Literally bombproof! ... Vermont winters/rain subzero temperatures!"
"the IPX7 rating makes it perfect for wet environments like the shower."
"Mine has been stepped on, played with by my sheep, dropped, rained on, dunked in water, beat on by ducks and geese, you name it. Still works great."

"Well, both have great battery in my use tbh there isn't much difference, i've used both for an entire day playing loud music in my school and house and neither of them died on me, that's from 8:15 am to 12 am."
"The battery lasts up to 12 hours, which is great for long hikes or beach days."
"The Flip has a bit more juice with a 12-hour battery"

"battery life has been EXTREMELY disappointing for me. Not disappointing, but EXTREMELY disappointing. ... Huawey claims 4 day on a regular use. Ive seen a few youtubers claiming 5 day usage (on normal mode. Not battery saving mode). ... I have always on DISABLED, autobrightness, im not using the gps, i dont receive that many notifications and im not using a particularly demanding watchface. Im only getting TWO days usage between charges, which is the same i was getting on my Galaxy watch, which is 7 years old, and has a fully-fledged OS and app store."
"The Soundcore VR P10 I had would always die during my longer sessions. ... I think the P10s were rated for 5 hours but would almost never reach 5 hours."
"Galaxy buds All last 2-6 months before something goes wrong"

"It sucks that both the Flex 2 and the Home are mono speakers. ... It's ridiculous to charge these prices and not even having stereo."
"the mono audio is really obvious. ... JBL doesn’t do as good of a job however."
"Yeah, I got in on that deal too. I bought two, in the hopes that the "audio link" feature could make them work in proper stereo. However, that wasn't the case, so I returned one set. ... Audio link works, but it simply duplicates the mono audio to each speaker. I was hoping it could be setup somehow for proper stereo mode, where one is the left speaker, and one is the right speaker."

"THERE IS NO AUX INPUT OR OUTPUT. Anything you plug in like a microphone or music source that doesn't have bluetooth must be USB-C."
"I wish they had an aux port though. ... Might end up buying the ULT 7 just so I can use it for movies."
"No jack either nor USB C Audio, which the Beats Pill provide and is a nice feature to have."

"Its bass seemed totally neutered."
"My jbl charge 4 and jbl flip 6 suffered driver blown out despite no drop, no play high volume, and bass boosted song. ... My flip 6 sounded the same as the OP blown flip 6 driver here: https://www.reddit.com/r/JBL/comments/1047fcc/brand_new_flip_6_has_distorted_bass/ ... The sound is similar to this one: https://drive.google.com/file/d/15XT0ZtmimMEntpvqaPB0B63x4K5UVdek/view ... My charge 4 and flip 6 started doing this after the warranty is over. I didn't use the lfm mode and I played these two speakers at <50% volume. Musics are from Spotify streaming. Flip 6 used default EQ."
"it has pitiful bass."

"if compensated with EQ it will start to distort even on "medium" volume"
"Charge 5 has a slightly higher waterproof rating. It is louder with better audio quality than the Flip 6. ... in my experience my Charge has been much better at delivering clear and audible sound in my backyard than my Flip 6 ... definitely much better sound quality than Flip series, louder and longer battery too!"
"Sub-Bass (20-60Hz) basically cuts out"
I recieved my new Ult Field 1 yesterday and i've been doing some tests comparing it to both of my JBL Charge 5's, TL and TT versions. Today i wanted to test the bass so i put my usual bass test video wich goes from 100hz to 20hz with 5hz steps and i discovered that when the Charge 5 goes below 60hz, the volume decreases significantly when in the other hand, my Sony Ult Field 1 kept almost the same good volume on the bass up to 50hz. Below that, on 45hz the bass on the Charge 5 completely dissapears when the Sony still kept reproducing the frequency at a reasonably audible volume. Any thoughts about this? Has anyone tested it? This shocked me because many reviewers and people in general tend to say that the JBL FLIP 6 has a deeper bass than the Sony and even though i don't have the Flip 6, taking in count what the Sony managed to do here, it just cannot be true that the Flip 6 has a better bass response. The Sony basically reached the JBL Xtreme 3 frequency response being a quarter of it's size. On rtings.com page, the Sony ult field 1 reached a low-frequency response of 55.8hz, the Flip 6 reached 75.5hz, the Charge 5 reached 58.2hz, and the Xtreme 3 reached down to 55hz. I saw those charts before recieveng my Ult Field 1 and i thought that they did something wrong in the tests but it just proved me wrong. NOTE: both of my Charge 5's we're equalized with the bass turned all the way up and tested on the same phone and same place so there's no excuses here.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Sony Ult Field 1 has deeper bass than JBL Charge 5 ->How do you know that? It makes sense to me, the bass sounded way less deep compared to the Sony when i heard both. Also, if the charge 5 reaches about 55hz like almost every other speaker of that size, then it makes even less sense to me that, like you said, the Flip 6 rolls off at 50hz.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Sony Ult Field 1 has deeper bass than JBL Charge 5 ->No problem, and yeah though it is technically true that if you use it at 50% volume it could last you 12 hours, a speaker that sounds so good just makes you want to crank up that volume! If you want any opinions/recommendations though, right now my favourite and the one that i'm gonna stay with is the Earfun Uboom L (i've had Soundcore motion 300, JBL flip 6, Sony ULT Field 1, Soundcore Motion+, JBL Charge 5, etc). You might be surprised, but that single 10 band equalizer is what makes it so good, because you can have the clarity and brightness of the Flip 6 while having the strong deep bass of the Ult Field 1. Just to compare, it goes deeper and way louder than the ULT Field 1, and i think that on indoor Mode it has a deeper bass than the Charge 5, while in outdoor mode it gives an amazing party soundstage, and i also think that it goes the same loudness of the Charge 5, at least with high volume equalizers. The battery life is a bit better than the Sony too!
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Sony Ult Field 1 has deeper bass than JBL Charge 5 ->I said on my post that i got that info from RTINGS.COM. You could be experiencing a fake response, because on almost every speaker that i've tried, you can even hear something on 20-30hz, but it's just the drivers making an attempt to reach that frequency and they aren't really moving at the necessary amplitude but instead, it's making a nonsense sound that could make you think it's reaching that low.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Sony Ult Field 1 has deeper bass than JBL Charge 5 ->It seems that 10 out of 40,000,000 have had an issue. Watch out. :D buy a lotto ticket or a flip, or a plane ticket, same chances
r/JBL • I thought about buying charge 6 but I'm really scared after seeing few posts.. ->The Flip 6 will be the best bang for your buck. It blows the competition away at this tier. I was in a similar situation not long ago and returned a few to Best Buy.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Need help deciding the best deal for a bluetooth speaker for under 100 USD (can go higher) ->Yeah, realistically that isn't going to happen, replacing 10 speakers with 1-3 is tough as it is, much less when those 10 speakers were designed for the space they are in and those 1-3 are jammed into an enclosure with the amp and battery in a single unit... I mean the closest you will get is a one of the big JBL Party Boxes which honestly isn't very portable at like 75 pounds and 45 inches tall, not to mention they run a grand or so. If you just want decent sound quality -AND- portability the JBL Flip, Charge, or even the Extreme series are pretty decent, but for high end quality you are going to be going well over the $500 mark... KEF, Bowers & Wilkens, Sonos, etc. And Bose... Yeah, I am not a huge fan... I would take the Infinity system in my Hyundai over it in a heartbeat for sound quality.
r/Corvette • I might be asking in the wrong sub, but can anyone recommend a good portable Bluetooth speaker as good as C7 Bose speakers ->The flip 6 was a huge upgrade and I actually chose it over the garage 5 even when it was on sale as it just sounded better. I bet the charge 6 is the same way
r/JBL • First review of the Charge 6 ->Flip 6 or flip 7. Their really portable and sound just as good as the charges. If you want a powerbank then you should look into the charge 5
r/JBL • Which Bluetooth portable speaker? ->No there's practically no difference between the flip 6 and charge 5. Aswell as the flip 6 to the flip 7 and charge 5 to the charge 6 have no difference and nothing major different then the old models. If you don't need a powerbank get a flip 6
r/JBL • Which Bluetooth portable speaker? ->Cu banii aia îți cumperi un jbl flip de black Friday acum și ai calitate. Și la 150 de euro găsești jbl charge care deja rupe
r/Aliexpress • Best bluetooth speaker? ->The Chinese speaker has strong bass, but it becomes annoying over long listening sessions. Overall, the JBL Flip 6 is worth a try. If I were to recommend one, go for the Bose Flex 2 – its bass sounds more authentic.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Bluetooth speaker suggestion ->Bro motion 300 doesn't come close to Flip 6 in the terms of clarity, instrument separation and bass, but still jbl is a little bit harsh. My first Bluetooth speaker was tribit stormbox micro 2, a bit smaller than average portable speakers and I love it's sound profile it was best to my ears. Later on I tried tribit sound plus, JBL flip 6, motion 300, and currently I'm having Bose SoundLink flex Gen 2. Bose is not everyone it doesn't have a bright sound. And the soundstage is narrow but still somehow it's favorite to Many. I didn't try tribit stormbox flow but I heard it has same sound profile as tribit stormbox micro 2. Tribit sound plus is also called audiophile level speaker so you can try sound plus 2. Motion 300 bass some time so bad that unbearable.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Budget Portable Bluetooth Speaker With The Most Clarity? ->I'm like your dad with the old vintage system from my college days. I cherish them, but I also bought into the JBL Flip environment and don't regret it one bit. Do it and buy two to pair. Amazing sound.
r/JBL • Should I buy a flip 7? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
