You can always try the used market. And when it's in your area take something with you to test the latency with. I have a JBL Go. The speaker itself is horrendous, lacks a lot of low-end but the latency is not an issue It has a 3.5cm jack and I just tested it. It works. Maybe that is something to try? But remember, the quality is always horrible especially with a single speaker solution as lows and hi's need to go through the same little speaker. Dutch site, but this is the one: https://www.bol.com/nl/nl/p/jbl-go-bluetooth-mini-speaker-blauw/9200000039544395/
r/mpcusers • Latency when I connect a small speaker ->I like the Wonderboom 4 by UE. I have version 2 good sound and a small footprint. Soundcore glow mini should be good. I heard the regular Glow : good sound. JBL go is solid too.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best portable speaker (but very little) ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
