The Marshall Middleton line has Aux in and low latency. It’s what I hook my OP-XY up to when I travel.
r/teenageengineering • Aesthetically Pleasing Portable Speaker for EP-133? ->Dont sleep on that middleton. I got 2 of them to stereo and it sounded rich but compare to its older siblings like tufton, acton or stanmore the middleton is a little digitally processed but besides that since yiu got the money for xtreme then I suggest you get the killburns 2/3.0 and it sounds better than middleton and louder for its size.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Which one would be best buy? ->I wouldn't expect too much from it if I were you. You'll get a real performance boost if you opt for a larger speaker, such as the Marshall Middleton for example.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • is KEF MUO 2 good for hifi portable speaker? ->I have the Bose soundlink max and had the Middleton, the Bose sounds a lot cleaner and I think looks more modern and elegant. Don’t listen to those that say what about X speaker or X speaker sounds better than you find out that X speaker is better because it’s just gigantic (jbl boombox or Union X).
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Bose soundlink max or Marshall middleton ->I also have a Marshall Middleton (which appears to be $209 on Amazon). It has pretty good sound. The bass rolls off pretty substantially at a certain point. I would still pick the Move 2 over it though. That being said, if you’re really looking to stay in your lower budget, the Middleton is a good choice.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Looking for all around good portable speaker sub $500 ->I'd go with the Sony ULT 7 for a large speaker, and for a smaller speaker that also produces all frequencies, I'd choose the Marshall Middleton, because of the stereo separation which is superb in my opinion.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best sounding portable speaker to keep in the bedroom under $500usd? Im aiming toward the best audio quality experience possible. ->Middleton 2 would be my pick as its soundstage is wider and 30 hours of battery is great. Bose sound link plus is the most portable of the three and has great sound as well. Both are good choices, I personally give the edge to Middleton 2.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Which one would be best buy? ->I have the Middleton by Marshall and that thing is amazing! It's loud has good base. The only thing I hate is the control. But you can control it through your phone.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best portable Bluetooth speaker to Buy? ->Marshall Middleton 2 - never had another speaker which gives you so much low end even on low volume.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Need a Bluetooth speaker that sounds good at low volumes—any recs? ->From the RTINGS data, the major differences are: \- The Bose sounds better at higher volumes(less compression) and has 2x the battery life. \- The Marshall has much better soundstage The Bose also has slightly more accurate frequency response, but it's close. Soundstage and appearance/branding are really the only selling points of the Marshall. If those aren't important to you, you'd probably be better off with almost any other speaker in the price range. You could also get a UE EpicBoom which gives you the best of both worlds. For me, I'm happy to trade some volume and battery life for improved soundstage, so I have a Marshall(found a good deal locally).
