"I live in a 2700 square foot cookie-cutter tract house. First floor is laminate with an office that has carpet. Then there’s the stairs which leads to 5 carpeted bedrooms, two tile bathrooms, a laundry room, and a walk-in carpeted closet. I can get all of that done one charge."
"I'm almost certainly gonna go with the A329. I just learned that the 70mai A810 uses a battery and not a capacitor. Batteries are terrible for dash cams due to how hot the inside of a car gets in the summer here."
"I've used it in May and January, perfection in every season."

"I love the bass and the vocals—both come through clean and clear. ... Bass is punchy with good sub-bass rumble, but it stays clean and doesn’t bleed into the mids. ... It’s got a nice texture too—more balanced and fun compared to sets like the Zero 2 or Hola."
"these do perform extremely well in vocal and instrument centric songs. ... everything else felt like a day and night difference between the hexa and the enco buds, especially vocals."
"Clarity/detail retrieval is great. ... Figuring out different enemies from there footsteps is easy. ... it was the 1st time i realized just how detailed footsteps, gun reloading and shooting sounds in val were after I used the iems. Insane."

"And the way it can hold on to my crappy over-crowded 2.4GHz wifi signal at ASTOUNDING distances from my house is downright mystical. ... My kids can be in the neighbours yard, outside, 200 feet from my router & still bark song requests at Alexa and IT WORKS!!"
"I only use for the Bluetooth to get any audio I want into the system."
"plays with Sonos or as Bluetooth"

"QC issues, on my 2nd pair and they have a strange white noise that occurs randomly. ... First pair left earbud white noise was bad and had to return. ... 2nd pair same left earbud white noise and I’ve returned them. All happened within a week of light use."
"every 60 seconds or so it shrieked for a couple of seconds in an electric staticy kinda way."
"the Tea Pro are absolutely terrible. ... I couldn't sell them quick enough. ... Utter dogshit & not 10% as good as the Tea 2. ... utter crap with horrific mids, dreadful bass & terrible treble"

"So freaking true! I've returned my Shokz Open Air's 4 times. ... It's so frustrating."
"For people that have not lost their hearing yet and can still hear very high-pitched noises, these earbuds produce a constant high-pitched sound even when both ANC and transparancy mode are disabled. ... This sound is amplified greatly when transparancy mode is enabled so I guess it's related to that feature"
"For Bose, Your *hair* can cause these issues. Their customer service well actually ask you if your hair was near your ears! I wish I was joking... ... And then the ANC will start toggling itself between, *Quiet,Aware,Immersion* repeatedly, the stupid voice saying it over, and over again until you put then back into the case to reset them. If you're home that's fine, but if you're in the middle of a 2-hour workout and nowhere near the case you're done. So you have to take them off, stick them in your pocket until you can get back to the car."

"I just ordered and received one and it's been the worst out of box experience I've ever had. ... The minimal quick start and lights on the device didn't match the documentation and it went downhill from there. ... It wouldn't connect to the app, then I eventually got it connected manually and it wouldn't play because it needed an update. ... Of course the update would fail to install every time. ... I spent an hour with support to learn that the battery needed to be at a minimum charge level to update. ... The device doesn't have a way to determine the state of charge without using the app, and won't connect to the app if the charge state is too low. ... In retrospect a simple "charge this device for several hours before attempting to setup and use" in the box would have solved all my issues. ... If it was just off and completely dead I would have figured it out quickly, but it actually displayed lights and gave the appearance that something was working at first and started to pair with the app for a bit. ... It wouldn't play the sound to identify the speaker so I had to manually enter the number as an alternative."
"Wouldn’t work."
"Most of the time, it will not connect to our WiFi."

"can’t seem to get them to connect to my system. Keeps telling me they need to update and I get an error. I’ve been on the phone with support twice now doing all kinds of things to try and fix them. Apparently they are sending an email with info to return them within the next two business days."

"my two won’t hold a charge so I can’t reset them and won’t connect to the app."
"I used several known good chargers without success, using the cable provided. ... Finally after seeing someone else have success with a high output charger I plugged it into a Thunderbolt dock and after an hour or so it came to life and started charging."
I bought this and received it a few days ago. Plugged it in to numerous USB bricks trying to charge it but repeatedly got the red flashing light. It would boot up but kept getting a 1002 error when trying to update. Sat it on my Pixel Stand wireless charger for a bit then plugged it in to a ~95 watt Apple laptop charger. That seemed to get it working. Once I got it set up I don't have issues charging it.
r/sonos • Roam SL now $99 at Best Buy ->I have zero problems with mine. I only use for the Bluetooth to get any audio I want into the system.
r/sonos • Roam SL now $99 at Best Buy ->Great bathroom and patio speaker on a budget. Also nice accent speaker for another large room that has Sonos in it. I use mine by the grill during when I’m moving between the house and patio.
r/sonos • Roam SL now $99 at Best Buy ->I was able to get one on open box at $50, and am happy with it to throw in for trips etc. worth keeping an eye on it!
r/sonos • Roam SL now $99 at Best Buy ->I just ordered and received one and it's been the worst out of box experience I've ever had. I order a lot of cheap junk electronics too. I already had a Sonos account, app, and a working speaker. The minimal quick start and lights on the device didn't match the documentation and it went downhill from there. It wouldn't connect to the app, then I eventually got it connected manually and it wouldn't play because it needed an update. Of course the update would fail to install every time. I spent an hour with support to learn that the battery needed to be at a minimum charge level to update. I used several known good chargers without success, using the cable provided. It wouldn't play the sound to identify the speaker so I had to manually enter the number as an alternative. Support had me load the PC app and the diagnostic there was the first indication to me that it wasn't charged enough and that was a problem even if it was plugged into power. It's late and I've barely even listened to it yet. TLDR: If you get one plug it in and charge it for a few hours before trying to use it.
r/sonos • Roam SL now $99 at Best Buy ->I just bought two from this deal, can’t seem to get them to connect to my system. Keeps telling me they need to update and I get an error. I’ve been on the phone with support twice now doing all kinds of things to try and fix them. Apparently they are sending an email with info to return them within the next two business days. It’s a real bummer, my experience with Sonos has been awesome up until now.
r/sonos • Roam SL now $99 at Best Buy ->Similar boat here, my two won’t hold a charge so I can’t reset them and won’t connect to the app.
r/sonos • Roam SL now $99 at Best Buy ->I do not have any issues with my Roam SL. Mostly use it when I go outdoor via Bluetooth but also use it as a spare house speaker when we do stuff out of the Sonos ecosystem range (yard, driveway etc). Has not experienced any hardware issue since I bought it in 2021.
r/sonos • Roam SL now $99 at Best Buy ->But do not touch the Sonos Roams. Great sound but the setup is so finicky I want to hurl it at a wall. I think it’s because it defaults to trying to use wifi rather than Bluetooth.
r/BuyItForLife • What's the best quality bluetooth speaker you've ever tried? ->i keep mine in my travel bag for hotels. it works well enough
r/sonos • Roam SL now $99 at Best Buy ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
