Sony - SRS-XB41

i’ve always used sony products, and i’ve loved them all. i’ve been using an SRS-XB41 for like 5 years and it still works great

Sony SRSXB41, going on 10 years.

Sony SRS XB41. Sold for $250 new but can get them for $100 gently used or refurbished all day on Amazon/ebay Water resistant, dust resistant, sound spectacular, can be rechargeable or plugged in, can charge other devices. Have used them in some really messy settings and they’re fine. And if you have two you can run them in together in mono or stereo, which is nice when you’re working across a large area Also pretty small and I bought carrying cases for mine

… I just went to turn on my Sony xb41 and it still has 70%…. How!? I think I used it last in 2020

Been using a sony srs xb 41 for similar use case from last 5+ years. That has given up on the battery due to 10-12 hours of usage daily so will replace it with the similarly sized tribit stormbox lava now for better sound quality and newer features like firmware updates via the app and 11 band eq etc.

Don't know about headphones but I've taken Sony Bluetooth speakers in the sauna for years with no issues. Anything in the SRS XB range are probably fine. A friend of mine had another brand speaker that looked really similar, same rubber case, same shape and size, same cover over the ports and same buttons. I recommend that they try it in the sauna. It broke the first time.
