"battery lasts me forever, I charge it once a week and I game every day."

"16 days battery life on my fenix. ... The other aspect I really appreciate about my fenix is the battery life. 16 days or so. With everything I have to change these days (laptops, mice, keyboards, headphones, watches, phones), I appreciate not having to worry about it too often."

"Oh, and the battery lasts days even when exercising a lot (weeks without excercise)."

"When you hold it in the hand, you can tell you have a nice piece of hardware that will be able to withstand everything you can throw at it."

"Shot every day with the 13 for a week in a tropical climate at 180mbps log 10-bit h265 (labs firmware) at the maximum resolution and never once crashed or overheated."

"I’d recommend the GoPro Hero 13 — I used it on a recent trip at the pool and beach, even in the sand, without any worry about damage. ... It’s a rugged camera"

"You get the loudest DB in battery-powered speakers I can find with the loudest highs and bass."

"They BUMP bass. ... Fantastic on the low frequencies which a lot of speakers can’t handle and distort."

"You can expect +10h on the soundboks if played at high volume."

"Was also amazed by the 19ms latency and no wires. Game changer for pop up parties and events."

"If you really value the battery, you have the soundboks one as way better for being removable. I'd buy a spare and you have easily continuous play - just have to charge one whilst the other plays."

"with extra batteries on deck for quick swaps. ... Can charge the extras while you play on the main batteries"

"Me too. And I use Apple Airpods. $$$$$"

"$179 is pretty nuts. ... As long as people keep buying them and paying the esports tax, they're gonna keep selling them at this crazy price. ... The G305 feels really similar, but at 1/3 the price. ... I don't truely understand why the G pro light is all the rage. ... I used a G pro for a week, and while it did feel very smooth and responsive, I also had a G305 that felt very similar."

"overpriced and don't ever prove the price difference in sound over the az100."

"any climbing can cause it to fall over backwards."

"It is very slippery, and although I am thin and not tall, I wake up minimum 10 times a night and often my body or legs ends up on the bottom of the tent because I simply fall off the pad."

"had the Nuna TRVL double stroller and it didnt handle bumps well at all. ... It actually tipped forward with our LOs in it."

"No it doesnt. it rolls of massively starting 65hz. ... at 60hz, you're already -10 db, which makes itvery muted compared to the rest. ... Anything under will be almost inexistant to human ears"

"Horrible bass. ... Could not hear myself until I upgraded to some nicer mackies."

"I started with the Shure 215 and it had NO bottom end (atleast not to my taste)."

"Soundboks sounds horrible. Its a really powerful Bluetooth speaker in terms of spl, but the low mids are way too loud, especially if you listen to Trance where the Higher frequencies play a major role"

"Still love the soundboks, but the mackie is louder."

Had a boombox 3, switched to a soundboks Go, for outdoor use and portability, love the soundbox. From volume to battery life to ruggedness, it checks all the boxes.

I own and operate a pedicab tour business and I have gone through my fair share of speakers. My design specifications of my pedicab limits the size of my speaker, so I had to look for something smaller. I have friends of mine across the country that have some wild choices for audio on their rigs... most of them vary between the big Soundboks, Ion speakers and personally-built sets. Obviously, the personally-built sets always won for audio, but doing that kind of stuff is severely above my paygrade. Ion speakers are fine, but leaves much to be desired. Soundboks is loud AF, but it can't fit under my pedicab, it's too big. In 2022, I bought the newly released Soundboks Go, and it was okay. The speaker had its own computer chip inside and it crashed on me twice (both times I had to send it in and get repaired). I knew the warranty was about to expire, so I bought two Turtlebox G2 speakers and paired them up. On my pedicab, it comes in pretty clear, it's slightly less loud than the Soundboks Go (which was technically $100 cheaper), but unlike the Soundboks Go, the paired Turtlebox speakers have stereo sound, which was what I was going for. The Turtlebox speakers have less bass than the Soundboks Go, which was expected due to the smaller size of the two 8" speakers, vs the SB's single 10" woofer and 1" silk dome tweeter. The speakers also fit quite well under my pedicab. I do recommend the Turtlebox, but only if you're going to buy two of them. Biggest downside to this is you will be spending >$800, but it's a pretty cool test. Currently looking for the next thing to do to my pedicab right now, whether it be upgrading to European imported Bluetooth speakers (ex: Teufel).

I would do 2 sounboks in parallel, with extra batteries on deck for quick swaps. Can charge the extras while you play on the main batteries

I went with soundboks go too and it’s a beast. Recently got a ‘death from below’ sub and they’re insane together. Yea they’re larger but can now do full events outside all battery operated with no wires.

I'm really happy with my AIAIAI Unit 4. You could also opt for a SOUNDBOKS Go. Perhaps its possible to find especially the Go used after the festival season.. Most important I think is to get something that also works wired, so you can get rid of the latency. Bluetooth is a nice plus, but for longevity I'd definitely prioritize a wired connection.
