I love my boom 2 plus by soundcore. It is impactful and deep. Responds well to EQ, too.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best portable wireless speaker in terms of bass ->Boom 2 plus by soundcore! I love mine! It’s my everyday speaker now.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best bass speaker under 200 ->I love my boom 2 plus! This is your ticket, OP.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Looking for a good Bluetooth speaker ->I bought the anker soundcore boom 2 plus recently, and even thru the aux it has a massive bluetooth-like latency, maybe half a second. I suspect this is because of its built-in eq. I was replacing a 70w w-king speaker, which had no noticable latency thru the aux
r/synthesizers • Anyone here who has tried using a bluetooth speaker (via aux in) as a monitor when travelling? ->Soundcore boom 2 plus will be more then enough
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best bluetooth speaker for a classroom? ->I'm in the market for the same and I saw [Soundcore Boom 2 Plus](https://us.soundcore.com/products/a3134-boom2-plus-outdoor-bass-speaker), which is having amazing reviews, however I was worried about latency for DJing so I sent a message to their support and I have received the following answer: >After checking with engineer, we can confirm that in Aux mode, the delay is within 50 milliseconds, which is in line with industry standards. It is not 500 milliseconds as mentioned in the review you found. However, the review I'm referring is on their site and says: >A note to anyone using these speakers as a portable instrument amplifier or PA:There is a 500ms delay between input and output (ie slap-back echo) which the MBPlus does not have. This is in wired mode, not BT (1/4"=>3.5mm direct to the back of the speaker). I've experienced this on other speakers in this range and a future software update might fix it. Definitely not a deal breaker for most, but if you're looking for a portable full range BT speaker for BT music that you could take to a party for live performance or announcements over the speaker, this definitely won't work for you. I'm not sure if 50ms it's deemed acceptable for DJing, though. And that review makes me worry as well. At the moment I'm waiting until the Amazon prime day and try to get it with a bit of discount and, if it's not working well, I'll just return it.
r/Beatmatch • Best quality/small AUX portable speaker with low to no latency ->I finally bought the Boom 2 plus and I’m very happy with it. There is no, or almost no, noticeable delay using aux in. That is to my newbie ears at least. Maybe it’ll be noticeable to other folks with sharper ears than myself, but it seems alright for my needs… Also, very nice and powerful sound!
r/Beatmatch • Best quality/small AUX portable speaker with low to no latency ->If you don't mind the large end of portable, the soundcore boom 2 plus goes pretty hard.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Portable Bluetooth Speaker for under $200 ->I recently got a soundcore 2 boom plus for 180$ on sale. It's amazing at that price point.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is the most balanced sub $200 Bluetooth speaker? ->2nd this. Recent firmware upgrade fixed the default EQ too
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best portable wireless speaker in terms of bass ->I just wish it wasn’t so boxy
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best portable wireless speaker in terms of bass ->I have the soundcore Boom 2 Plus. A buddy has the smaller boom 2 and recommended it to me. The 2 plus is great, really deep and good bass. I even prefer it over my Soundboks 3 in cases where i don't need very loud music.
r/hardstyle • Portable speaker for Hardstyle? ->Soundcore boom 2 is the one if you want low bass. The boom 2 plus is ok but when the volume gets loud the bass starts to muffle as the woofer can't handle deep lows at high volume, especially if you enjoy bass heavy music like I do. I returned the plus and bought a second boom2. Paired they sound amazing and are good for small group get togethers outside. When I have a large group I use 2 stormbox blasts and they do the job.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best bass speaker under 200 ->Boom 2 plus from Soundcore. I just got done returning my Tribit blast. The sound core is gonna be hard to beat.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best portable wireless speaker in terms of bass ->Boom 2 plus is 199 right now. Go buy it. Its incredible.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Bluetooth Speakers for $200 ->Soundcore boom 2 plus on sale for 199 right now cannot be beat. It’s a monster.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best bass speaker under 200 ->Soundcore boom 2 plus on sale. It’s badass.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is the most balanced sub $200 Bluetooth speaker? ->My suggestions: Most BASS for the budget: JBL Partybox Encore (manufacturer refurbished) or Soundcore Boom 2 Plus / Tribit Storm Box Blast. VALUE for money: lower price (when on sale): Soundcore Motion+, higher price (when on sale): Tribit Storm Box Blast / Soundcore Boom 2 Plus (when on sale) (ultra?) PORTABILITY (the smaller the better?): Klipsch Austin (sorry, I wouldn't go any smaller) or JBL Charge 5 (the biggest speaker I consider ultra-portable for its size and price). FEATURES: too abstract for me... 😄 For the speakers you suggested: BASS: Soundcore Boom 2 VALUE: Soundcore Boom 2 PORTABILITY: Charge 5 FEATURES: Soundcore Boom 2
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Bluetooth Speakers for $200 ->Bose soundlink max, Bose Soundlink Flex 2nd Generation, Soundcore Motion x600, Soundcore Boom 2 Plus, Harman Kardon Go+ Play, JBL Xtreme 4, are just a few of my favorites that I own.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best bluetooth speaker? ->Just get a soundcore boom 2 plus.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • How good is Tribit stormbox mini compared to JBL go 3? ->Overated speaker. Sounds cheap because of hole in upper midrange, awful directivity because of very thick grill
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best portable wireless speaker in terms of bass ->for video you need sth with either very low bt latency, or an aux in. do you want to use only bt or also sometimes a cabled connection? The Boom 2 plus would definitely be more than loud enough, and it does have an aux in. For videos you woul need to use it, cause bluetooth latency is too high for videos. Sony xg300 is a smaller and a bit cheaper and has also aux in, but also very low latency, so you could also use bt for video. It is less loud than the boom 2 plus, but still easily loud enough for a classroom. The soundcore motion + is much smaller and also cheaper, but also with aux and quite low latency, and i think it would also be loud enough.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best bluetooth speaker for a classroom? ->Portabilty; jbl charge 5 Bass: tribit stormbox blast Value: soundcore boom 2 plus Features: sony xg300
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Bluetooth Speakers for $200 ->I have that one and there is a huge latency with the pioneer rx2. Am I doing something wrong?
r/DJs • Looking for small portable speaker with no aux audio delay ->Motion Boom Plus - has been good. No noticeable delay and decent sound for the price/size
r/DJs • Looking for small portable speaker with no aux audio delay ->Save some money and get 2 motion boom pluses for that stereo sound
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Bluetooth Portable Speaker ->You can't get much JBL for that little money. You'd be better off with something like a [$100 Soundcore Boom 2](https://www.speakerranking.com/top-recommended/) at those price levels. It absolutely destroys a $180 Charge 5
r/WirelessSpeakers • What’s the best jbl speaker ->I have a pair of Felx 2s, just sent back my Charge 5, and thought my Soundcore Boom was just "okay." The Charge 5 may have gotten a bit louder (outside)), but the sound from my Flex 2 was good enough that I bought a second one to pair it with. Together, they're loud, detailed, clear, and have plenty of low-end. I'm currently using them on a sailboat (Ericson 30+), and they sound great in the cabin down below as well as up in the cockpit when I'm sailing offshore (Pacific) or in San Francisco Bay. There are likely other contenders you should consider... But what's your budget?
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Bose soundlink flex 2 vs jbl charge 5 vs soundcore boom ->And check out the variants of that, which will have the same. The boom plus the Boom 2 the boom 2 plus, all of their different price size sound quality volume variances, all pretty damn good and depend upon what matters to you the most
