>Are there any affordable speakers that I can take travelling with me that are catered to producing I have not heard of a portable Bluetooth speaker, or set a portable Bluetooth speakers, that's great for producing. Assuming you don't need battery powered speakers, the iLoud Micro is probably the smallest pair of speakers you'd want to use for serious music production. They will require a wired connection and being plugged up to the wall outlet. Even then, you'll still want your headphones to check the bass. That being said, if you just want a battery powered portable speaker to do some creation that is an improvement over the Clip+ in terms of latency and sound quality, the Soundcore Motion+ has an auxiliary input jack, which generally reduces latency over using Bluetooth. And with the auxiliary input jack, the Motion+ has less latency than some of the other Bluetooth portable speakers with an aux jack. Because some consumer speakers, even with a direct connection, introduce a lot of latency with the built-in DSP before the audio reaches your ears. I think Amazon generally has the Motion+ with free returns. So no penalty for trying it out and seeing if you like it.
musicproduction • Portable speakers for producing, s... ->Zoom Livetrack L-6 is a small 10 channel portable mixer. It can run off AA batteries or off a USB power bank. It also has built-in SD card recording of all channels and the master. So you would be able to capture whatever you're playing. When it comes to small portable speakers, be aware that portable Bluetooth speakers that have auxiliary inputs typically still run the audio through the built-in DSP when using the aux port. And the DSP can add a lot of latency. Soundcore Motion+ has lower latency than many of the other portable Bluetooth speakers.
synthesizers • Portable mixers/speaker for this kind... ->Roland TR-6S is an excellent little portable drum machine if you like classic Roland drum sounds. It can be run off AA batteries. Or it can run it off a USB power bank. Zoom Livetrack L-6 is an excellent 10 channel portable mixer. It can be run off AA batteries or a USB power bank. And also can record to microSD, so you can capture everything you make. It would also be great to have for at home as you build out your hardware setup. Soundcore Motion+ Bluetooth speaker has an auxiliary input and fairly low latency for a Bluetooth speaker. Lots of Bluetooth speakers with an auxiliary input have bad latency because they are still processing the audio through their DSP.
synthesizers • What’s the best cheap way to play my ... ->Are you talking about a portable Bluetooth speaker? Those can have latency problems for music production. Even when connected by an auxiliary cable instead of using Bluetooth. Because the sound is processed through the built-in DSP. Soundcore Motion+ has lower latency than a lot of them. You might check it out. Of course, it's not going to be good for mixing and mastering. No portable Bluetooth speaker will be. For that you want to stick with headphones for portable use.
musicproduction • Anybody use a bluetooth speaker in... ->So Bluetooth speakers with auxiliary output are not quite as common as they used to be. The other problem you may have is that even when connected by auxiliary cable, Bluetooth speakers still process the audio through their DSP. So you may experience latency problems. Based on research when I got it a couple years ago, the Soundcore Motion+ has less latency than most. And sounds decent for a $75 Bluetooth speaker https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Soundcore-Bluetooth-Customizable-Waterproof/dp/B07P39MLKH
synthesizers • Small, Portable Speaker for Groovebox? ->Marshall emberton 3 if you want good looks, beats pill if you like apple devices and soundcore motion + if you want best value. There just a few options I can think of
Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Bluetooth Portable Speaker ->Soundcore Motion+. Can be had for $70 on sale and has a really good sound. It's a classic. 👍
Bluetooth_Speakers • Portable BT Speaker-Music & TV? ->Easy recommendation. Soundcore Motion+. At $70 when on sale on Amazon, it's at the top of the mountain. It has an app EQ. Long battery. And it's long enough to serve as a soundbar. Has the Aux port and great sound. You won't be disappointed. 👍
Bluetooth_Speakers • What are the Best bluetooth spe... ->Soundcore Motion+. This will be an almost unanimous decision here on this board
Bluetooth_Speakers • Recommendations for ~$50-100 BT... ->I second the Soundcore Motion+. You can grab it for $75 on Amazon. Has a great app EQ and an Aux port for lip sync matching when watching movies, though it's Bluetooth is nearly perfect with lip sync. It also has a great battery life and a mic for cell phone calls. It you're looking for a smaller form factor, the Soundcore 300 is great (similar sounding to the highly rated Bose Flex) and has a bit more bass than the Motion+. For smallest form factor while sounding great it's the Wonderboom 4...But don't expect it to "bass out" like the units above.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Suggestions For A Decent Budget... ->Yes I got two of them this year , already owned one . Blind recommend
Bluetooth_Speakers • What are the Best bluetooth spe... ->Soundcore motion +. Also has aux . It's a older model but still relevant in 2024
Bluetooth_Speakers • Looking for Bluetooth Speaker R... ->The Bose SoundLink max is a joke ! Don't buy one, it's fake sound ! The sound core motion+ sounds better !
Bluetooth_Speakers • What are the Best bluetooth spe... ->I like my Soundcore Motion + because it’s battery powered, Bluetooth and has an aux in.
SP404 • Best Portable Speaker for SP404 Use On the Go ->>soundcore motion also can reach 40-50Hz. No it doesnt. it rolls of massively starting 65hz. at 60hz, you're already -10 db, which makes itvery muted compared to the rest. Anything under will be almost inexistant to human ears
Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Bluetooth Speaker for Low-... ->I know I'm not the only one in this group that owns a dozen or more Bluetooth speakers. For those of you in the club, can you mention your top 3-5 speakers including the reasons why? This would include sound but also form factor, portability, bass perfomance, etc. Besides the dozen or so speakers I own, I've probably returned just as many. I've also given away or donated many speakers as well. My favorites: Bogasing M4 - Not the prettiest speaker but the ones I use the most. I have a pair of these and I love the EQ button that allows me to quickly switch between three different EQ modes. The battery life is not great but these are my desk speakers. Soundcore X600 - I really enjoy the sound profile, the custom EQ and how pretty this one is. I bought the blue one and I think it looks very nice. The hardware button for bass and spatial audio is nice to have. Soundcore Motion+ - an OG pair of speakers. They still have the best sound profile even after being out for 4 or 5 years. However, their stereo pairing is not the best and sometimes drops out when I'm listening. Undeniably, they are in the Hall of Fame for best sounding Bluetooth speakers. Tribit stormbox micro 2 - this is the best portable speaker. It's funny, I rarely use this one. In my office it doesn't sound that great. However, I listened to this speaker inside my car and was impressed with the base response. That reminded me how different speakers will sound differently depending on the environment I'm listening in. Muzen wild go - Not the best sounding speaker but one of the smallest. This is an example where form factor matter to me more than sound. It's great to be able to throw this in a bag or even my pocket and have a tiny Bluetooth speaker that sounds decent. I often will travel with this speaker since it's so small and allows me to use it in a hotel bathroom. EarFun uboom (original not L) - these were my desktop speakers until I replaced with the Bogasing. As a stereo pair I really love the 360 surround sound. It fills the room with sound nicely. However, these are relegated to when I go camping. They live in my camping box and are taken out for trips. So what's on your list?
Bluetooth_Speakers • Those of us with multiple Bluet... ->My name is u/pianoman81 and I'm a bluetooth speaker junkie. 18? Probably 5 sets of stereo pairs (Bogasing M4, Soundcore Motion+, Earfun UBoom, Oontz Ultra and Cavalier Maverick). Various Amazon Echos including the Studio. Oldest that I've kept is the UE Boombox. I had a TDK A33 which sounded great but the battery life was terrible. Newest is the Soundcore Motion X600. I'm happily surprised to hear how many people own this own. Some thought it was overhyped but I think it's pretty and has good sound for low listening environments.
Bluetooth_Speakers • How many Bluetooth Speakers Do ... ->Honestly, unimpressed. Currently going to $80 for a 2 pack and couldn’t find any reasonable reviews as they’re pretty new and searching through here there was one other post about a month ago. The good: It looks cool af. It was the reason I wanted to try it, but the display model wasn’t working. The highs sound pretty crisp. You can link more than one to have a stereo mode The bad: The bass is not good. It’s very flat even making adjustments to the EQ. I get it, it’s a micro speaker and all but there are better options for a similar price range. I have the tribit micro 2 which sounds better, but is a little clunky to carry around but ultimately what I’m going to stick with. For reference I also have the tribit flow, Soundcore motion +, ue boom 2. Inb4: “this sub shills for tribit”
Bluetooth_Speakers • Quick and dirty review of the L... ->I purchase the Motion+ several months ago, and it works fine with the Digitakt 2 and other digi boxes (also used it with the Syntakt and Digitone 2). Nice and portable, good battery life and no noticeable latency when using the auxiliary in. The sound is 'okay', but I feel like it was a little hyped up? My expectations may have been a little high -- especially for a small, portable speaker with decent battery. I just upgraded to the Adam D3V for my 'coffee table speakers'. Much pricier, and not as portable (they require 24v\~2.5A, plus cable to run between speakers and weigh 1.8kg per speaker), but they're fantastic when using with the Digitakt 2. When I take the digi boxes out and about with a power bank, I usually just use headphones -- if I wanted to use a speaker, the Motion+ would probably be it.
Elektron • Budget speakers recommendations for Digit... ->The motion+ is actually better sounding and cheaper.
Bluetooth_Speakers • I’ve been wondering, what is th... ->I have a motion plus and a motion 300. The Motion 300 sounds very clear and detailed. I wonder if the earfun uboom L is the same or better than the motion ones? it's worth getting one
Bluetooth_Speakers • Which one of the 4 speakers is ... ->Pretty much this. I have motion+ for the exact same reason. Plugged in aux from the pc and BT connection if I want to take it with me elsewhere. Great sound too. Can't go wrong with this speaker.
Bluetooth_Speakers • What are the Best bluetooth spe... ->I got soundcore motion+ for around 70€ from the soundcore's website. I was blown away by the quality sound, after adjusting the equaliser to some of the recommendations you can find online. Might be worth to spend just a bit more.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Bluetooth speaker recommendatio... ->I recently got a soundcore motion+ for 70€ from soundcore's website to replace a quite bigger stereo system which I couldn't take with me anymore. I needed something small but with very good sound quality so I don't miss anything of feel 'sad' if the sound doesn't sound right. I can tell you I am very satisfied with the music performance it delivers, both at bass level and clear mid/highs. It is powerful enough to fill a room with punchy music, if you need more, you can pair it with another motion+ for extra loudness and a better stereo image. I am more than happy with Just one motion+ at the moment. Just one bit of advice if you go that route, use the equaliser to bring out the actual performance of this speaker. There are equaliser settings to try from various users on the internet.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Bluetooth speaker for casual use ->I testify that, when plugged in with aux it doesn't turn off. Also you don't have to unplug it if you want to sporadically connect a BT device. I think this is ideal for your use case.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Small speaker that can also sta... ->Recent Minirig 4 convert, wanted as close to zero latency as possible. Demod some popular choices such as tribit max sound plus, soundcore motion + and uboom L. Uboom l was my favourite of those but baaad latency and preferred Minirig sound felt closer to studio. If you are playing in beats on 404 latency can be a real barrier
SP404 • Best Portable Speaker for SP404 Use On the Go ->I've got two Soundcore Motion+ and I can confirm that for something so small they do indeed get pretty mental.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Which is the best portable spea... ->Yes, that's pretty obvious but they're probably still the best options. Only thing that could be better than that is BT speakers with 9 band eq's since you can make them sound however you want. Like, i have a lot of speakers, but my most preferred ones are the Earfun Uboom L and Soundcore motion+ because they have 10 and 9 band eq's. Obviously the hardware needs to be on point too, but that's the best audio you could get, AND the Soundcore also has a hi-res códec.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Why do people always recommend ... ->The absolute best option mantaining a fairly decent portable size is the Bose Soundlink Max, and it has great soundstage because the drivers are angled to the sides, but it's hella expensive. The Soundcore motion x600 is also a good option, cheaper and directly focused on spatial audio with dedicated modes. And the smallest option is the Soundcore motion+, also has a good soundstage and it is the cheapest.
Bluetooth_Speakers • What are the Best bluetooth spe... ->Soundcore motion+ is probably your best option. Stereo sound, 2 tweeters, 2 woofers, and front-firing passive radiator. Also has an audio Jack if you want to connect it to your TV or something, and you will save a couple bucks. I have it and it is my second best speaker, really nice and detailed sound. If you want something with more power, Soundcore boom 2 is also a very good option, but you lose some portability, obviously. Hope it helps mate! Let us know what you get.
JBL • best portable speaker for movies? ->Yes, i have owned JBL speakers, more specifically, 2 JBL Partybox Encore Essential and 2 JBL Charge 5's. The partyboxes were one of the best speakers i've ever had and the Charge 5's were some really nice speakers, though for me, the Soundcore motion+ mentioned in my post has better overall sound and soundstage. The only problem i had with JBL is that the Charge 5's had connectivity issues when paired in stereo. The best speaker that i own right now is my Bose soundlink Max. It has amazing soundstage, impressive bass, and unpaired instrument separation, though is a bit overpriced because you can get something bigger and better for the price, but for the size is the best without a doubt. If you're looking to switch brands i think that Soundcore is your best option, because Sony speakers are still mediocre unless you buy the Big ones, and Bose is overpriced and has no variety. Though i have to say that maybe your experience was simply bad luck, because for the majority of people here, JBL is the brand that is leading in terms of portable speakers. It has speakers for every size and use, it is relatively affordable and has great sound on all of their speakers. Still, to make my recommendations, for something cheap and nice, you can look for the Soundcore motion+ and Soundcore motion 300 (i have both). For bigger options, Soundcore boom 2, earfun uboom X, or tribit stormbox blast.
JBL • best portable speaker for movies? ->I don't think it's posible to do that with the Sony. The Soundcore on the other side is the best speaker i have for the size, with a good EQ you can make it absolutely shine, it sounds amazing, i don't know why would you say that it sounds unpleasant. You're probably using it with the default EQ.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Beats Pill 2024 vs JBL flip 6 v... ->No problem, and yeah though it is technically true that if you use it at 50% volume it could last you 12 hours, a speaker that sounds so good just makes you want to crank up that volume! If you want any opinions/recommendations though, right now my favourite and the one that i'm gonna stay with is the Earfun Uboom L (i've had Soundcore motion 300, JBL flip 6, Sony ULT Field 1, Soundcore Motion+, JBL Charge 5, etc). You might be surprised, but that single 10 band equalizer is what makes it so good, because you can have the clarity and brightness of the Flip 6 while having the strong deep bass of the Ult Field 1. Just to compare, it goes deeper and way louder than the ULT Field 1, and i think that on indoor Mode it has a deeper bass than the Charge 5, while in outdoor mode it gives an amazing party soundstage, and i also think that it goes the same loudness of the Charge 5, at least with high volume equalizers. The battery life is a bit better than the Sony too!
Bluetooth_Speakers • Sony Ult Field 1 has deeper bas... ->Soundcore motion+ seems to check all of your criteria, it's a very good speaker.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Small speaker that can also sta... ->Just a follow up. I ended up buying a Soundcore Motion+ . The first one wouldn't connect to the Soundcore app. After trying to troubleshoot Anker sent me a second one, telling me I could dispose or keep the first one. Thankfully the second one worked. Amazingly I was able to hook them up via Bluetooth. So I now have two Motion+ speakers for my DAWless setup. The sound is actually pretty phenomenal. On it's own one speaker was OK but I was planning on selling the second speaker and buying the bigger Soundcore. But after hearing them playing together I was blown away. It sounds big and expansive but still crisp and detailed. https://preview.redd.it/g1tke6chff4e1.jpeg?width=3810&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=433743c9a7f9c0ee3d7efbc89ac62567f311ca7d
synthesizers • Portable Speaker with Aux In to Conne... ->for video you need sth with either very low bt latency, or an aux in. do you want to use only bt or also sometimes a cabled connection? The Boom 2 plus would definitely be more than loud enough, and it does have an aux in. For videos you woul need to use it, cause bluetooth latency is too high for videos. Sony xg300 is a smaller and a bit cheaper and has also aux in, but also very low latency, so you could also use bt for video. It is less loud than the boom 2 plus, but still easily loud enough for a classroom. The soundcore motion + is much smaller and also cheaper, but also with aux and quite low latency, and i think it would also be loud enough.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Best bluetooth speaker for a cl... ->got those as well (unit4), they also sell them in singles if on a budget. they sound great for jamming i also have a teenage engineering ob-4 which also sounds good for jamming i tried a motion+ also but it was such a step down from the two i have so i gave it away, still sounded decent for watching movies next im gonna try the minirig if it’s ever on sale
Elektron • Budget speakers recommendations for Digit... ->Hello mate I went with your first suggestion the soundcore motion boom, very happy with it [: it certainly gets louder than I expected / than I need. Paid £59.99 I noticed the motion + was on a deal today for £67.99 ..a nicer looking speaker down from £100 ..did I miss out going with the motion boom or are they similar sound wise. Anyway really like this one so thank you!
Bluetooth_Speakers • Bluetooth speaker recommendatio... ->Seems to be 50/50 which he likes best and the same for the comments section hmm. I think I'd have preferred the plus over the boom for aesthetic reasons and because I don't really need a loud speaker (the walls are super thin here lol) the extra loudness is good if taking the speaker somewhere though and my stupid ears thought it sounded pretty good straight away, I've been used to really crappy £5 Bluetooth speakers before so yes ..pleased overall that guy seems like a good reviewer thank you 👽
Bluetooth_Speakers • Bluetooth speaker recommendatio... ->Soundcore Motion+ $70 and money left over for date night.
Bluetooth_Speakers • The Best Bluetooth Speakers in ... ->Get two of them and run them in stereo!
Bluetooth_Speakers • The Best Bluetooth Speakers in ... ->I have the soundcore motion + and I love it
Metalcore • Best Bluetooth speakers for the heavy st... ->Agree, for the price it's the best bluetooth speaker
Metalcore • Best Bluetooth speakers for the heavy st... ->The smaller the speaker, the less bass you'll get. U Boom L and Soundcore Motion+ is the smallest I'd go. You could try 0.5.0 on the Uboom, it's supposed to be more bass oriented, but will muddy up the mids and highs. Maybe perfect for you, if you find it to harsh.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Best mini speaker/portable for ... ->If you are willing to deal with EQ settings, I would recommend the Soundcore Motion+ (also highly recommended as a refurbished device!). The associated app offers you almost limitless options for adjusting the sound to your liking, the device is powerful and sounds really good with any type of music (depending on the EQ setting, of course); depends on how picky you are about sound. :)
Bluetooth_Speakers • Any small bluetooth speaker wit... ->I don't detect any hiss with mine. It seems you are extremely sensitive to these frequencies. It may also be due to heavily compressed, low-quality sound files, or if the source material itself already contains a certain background noise (e.g. digitized old vinyl recordings), if the problem occurs with every speaker tested. Disturbingly loud noise, if it occurs at all with the device in question, usually only occurs with such small speakers when they are turned up very loud. I'm afraid I can't give you any further advice on this. Good luck with your search! 👍🏻
Bluetooth_Speakers • Any small bluetooth speaker wit... ->My suggestions: Most BASS for the budget: JBL Partybox Encore (manufacturer refurbished) or Soundcore Boom 2 Plus / Tribit Storm Box Blast. VALUE for money: lower price (when on sale): Soundcore Motion+, higher price (when on sale): Tribit Storm Box Blast / Soundcore Boom 2 Plus (when on sale) (ultra?) PORTABILITY (the smaller the better?): Klipsch Austin (sorry, I wouldn't go any smaller) or JBL Charge 5 (the biggest speaker I consider ultra-portable for its size and price). FEATURES: too abstract for me... 😄 For the speakers you suggested: BASS: Soundcore Boom 2 VALUE: Soundcore Boom 2 PORTABILITY: Charge 5 FEATURES: Soundcore Boom 2
Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Bluetooth Speakers for $200 ->I would like to suggest the Soundcore Motion+ as a direct alternative if it has to be such a small speaker. With its EQ options and driver configuration, the Motion+ easily beats the other speakers in your OP selection in terms of sound. And it also goes pretty loud. If you were to buy “manufacturer refurbished”, you could save a lot of money or buy two Motion+ for stereo playback. One more thing in general: especially with your favorite music, you must be aware that such small speakers are physically limited in terms of low bass reproduction. Take a song with a good bass sweep downwards for a test listen and you'll see how quickly these loudspeakers give out. 🙂
Bluetooth_Speakers • Beats Pill 2024 vs JBL flip 6 v... ->I use the Soundcore Motion+ and get no latency when wired.
synthesizers • Small, Portable Speaker for Groovebox? ->YES came here to say the same thing; it’s best if you can try it out in a store to see if it will have latency or not when wired
synthesizers • Small, Portable Speaker for Groovebox? ->Never tried/auditioned the mentioned speaker, but will say SOUNDCORE for the win. Massively. I have bought at least 10 Soundcore Motion+ speakers for my operating rooms (they keep getting stolen by other surgeons & cleaning staff) For $200, I would HIGHLY suggest buying two Soundcore Motion+ speakers and pairing them. I’ve auditioned 8-9 of “the best” BT speakers and for $100, a Soundcore Motion+ is by far the best $ you can spend.
BuyItForLife • Quality Portable Bluetooth Speaker fo... ->I tried the Bose sound link flex gen 2 with USB aptX adaptive I could still see the video was out of sync. I'm considering using the Soundcore Motion+ with a Ugreen Bluetooth 5.3 aptx AD transmitter, connecting the 3.5mm Ugreen adapter to the Soundcore Motion+'s AUX port. I miss my Avantree Torpedo Plus aptX Low Latency (any leads where to buy)
Bluetooth_Speakers • Low latency Bluetooth speakers:... ->If you’re on a budget grab two soundcore motion +. They often go on sale for ~$75 each. There’s zero delay and sound is good inside and decent outside. Bass is a bit lacking though.
DJs • Looking for small portable speaker with no aux... ->If you’re happy with the size of the Boom 2, the Soundcore Motion+ would be a good option in that price range and arguably sounds a lot better.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Small/Powerful Bluetooth speake... ->The Soundcore Motion+ might be your best bet for the best balance between sound quality, size/weight and value-for-money. The sound stage is wider and has better bass than most speakers in this class/size.
WirelessSpeakers • LIGHTEST/SMALLEST and BEST SOUNDI... ->For that budget, the Soundcore Motion+ would be your best bet. If you can spend a little more, the Soundcore Boom 2 would be a better option.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Suggestions For A Decent Budget... ->From the [rankings](https://www.reddit.com/r/WirelessSpeakers/comments/16zs2ol/ranking_all_battery_powered_wireless_speakers/): "Newer speakers from Soundcore, JBL, Ultimate Ears, and Minirig can disable their startup, pairing and shutdown sounds by changing a setting in their app." You probably want something like a Soundcore Motion 300, or Soundcore Motion+
Bluetooth_Speakers • Any decent portable BT speaker ... ->I'd say it's about 60db at 1m of loudness, so marginal. If being able to disable startup sounds using the app is important, check out the #2 Soundcore Motion 300 and #3 Soundcore Motion+ Check out the ranking of nearly every single Bluetooth speaker and the best EQ tuning for each of them [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/WirelessSpeakers/comments/16zs2ol/ranking_all_battery_powered_wireless_speakers/)

Bluetooth_Speakers • Any small bluetooth speaker wit... ->Six, but used to be seven. Out of those 6 only 3 work now. * -Denon Envaya dsb250 (great deep bass and stereo separation, not so good vocals and highs) * -Vifa Helsinki (absolute beast, clean af, lacks deep bass) * -Uboom L (insane price to performance ratio, good tuning with crap hardware) * -Soundcore Motion + (I lost it...) * -Dockin D Fine (Sadly broke) * -Doss Soundbox XL (Sounded shit. Absolute dog poop speaker, glad it broke) * -Mi Speaker (was extremely good, sadly my friend dropped it and it broke)
Bluetooth_Speakers • How many Bluetooth Speakers Do ... ->soundcore motion+ has audiophile sound quality for cheap
BuyItForLife • Bluetooth speaker? All mine end up wi... ->Do you have it? Have you tried the custom eq? Maybe it’s not audiophile but it’s certainly approaching it. It lacks bass because it’s small. Resolution tonality and soundstage are super impressive for what it is though. It’s obviously not insane top end audiophile, I mean it’s a $100 bt speaker
BuyItForLife • Bluetooth speaker? All mine end up wi... ->I mean it’s pretty good but damn not audiophile :)
BuyItForLife • Bluetooth speaker? All mine end up wi... ->My friend have it due to me recommending them so I do know it and have tried it a lot. I agree it is impressive, I think many of their things are very good value for the money (and unfortunately some things have gone downhill lately). But sound is one of those things where when you try something “audiophile” you realise how you overrated other products
BuyItForLife • Bluetooth speaker? All mine end up wi... ->Sony has warmer sound, also looks and feels better. Especially for older people sony sound better Jbl Flip has a bit more 'power' tho, that you don't need if you are not outside with your friends trying to blast loud music You could also consoder Soundcore Motion+ for this price, but you'd have to tweak a bit in the EQ. If you want a bigger speaker overall, Charge Essential 2 might be an option. All around the price region of the Sony, especially witz black friday coming up
Bluetooth_Speakers • Which speaker to choose? ->Suitcase size, Soundcore motion + (with eq) Bose Soundlink flex Gen 2 (not so muddy as Gen1, wait for a sale again. It was 40€ off couple days ago e.g. where i live) If you want to stand it upwards (good for small spaces like hotels) sony ult field 1 is a consideration e.g., but sound is slightly worse than the mentioned two Then get real wired speakers for your desk, not bluetooth stuff. The is often a delay with bluetooth, annoying when watching movies. You dont want to take a go and play with you, trust me. Too big and heavy. If you're saying you also need that power outdoors its different. But i heard uboom x apparently is very good. You can get two to pair them.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Looking for a speaker for my be... ->I just got a refurbished Soundcore Motion+ for $60 on eBay and so far totally worth it.
Bluetooth_Speakers • which speaker should i get? ->Adding, in its size class, it's one of the best sounding speakers. I have two and love them.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Small speaker that can also sta... ->Soundcore Motion+ has stereo with a great equalizer to make it sound the way you want it to. The quality is clear without getting boomy.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Looking for a single bluetooth ... ->I would go with Soundcore Motion Plus or X600 because they have Hi-Res audio and the X600 has an upfiring speaker to give a spacious feel. What makes a speaker sound great is cabinet size and airflow and sealing plus if a company spent a hard time developing a speaker which Soundcore by Anker has. The drivers do play a part but not as much all portable speakers use DSP to sound good. Bose uses DSP on everything so you can't hear what drivers actually sound like. But, it's not always about the speaker it depends on music and connection method and the device and service the music comes from. Like JBL, BOSE, UE they use SBC codec which makes music sound bad and distorted and compressed especially on Samsung phones and Tablets using SBC Bluetooth codec. Amazon and Deezer and the other services use Hi-Res audio sound music isn't compressed like YouTube Music. But, in order to use the LDAC codec which is Hi-Res audio you must have an Android device because it is a Sony Codec and they don't like Apple. Even, if you have speaker that can do that like Sony it can still sound bad because of design. The Sony XE-200 has a waveguide for its speakers but it sounds bad and muffled because Sony hid the Passive Radiators so they have not breathing room and the drivers have no space on the speaker so they are muffled. So, design matters. Soundcore is great they designed their speakers very well.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Bluetooth speakers suggestion u... ->How budget is budget? I just picked up a tribute xsound go from aliexpress's choice day sale for $17AU and it's quite balanced for a speaker of that price and gets plenty loud, also has up to 24 hour battery life. 2x 40mm driver with a passive radiator so it does lack bass. It's quite small, portable and waterproof though so it serves its purpose. Next tier up would be a big jump but would include a lot more bass, like the sound core motion range.
Bluetooth_Speakers • Best speaker for pure sound qua... ->Hello, the Soundcore Motion is a great value option with excellent sound quality and aptX support, ideal for music production. The X600 and Boom Plus are also solid choices for immersive sound. Higher wattage (W) means louder volume, while higher kHz improves sound detail, but balance matters for overall quality
