"Although the bass on the 300 is deeper, it DOES NOT PROJECT OVER A DISTANCE. ... This is true inside, but especially outside. ... I was testing from a distance of about 15' and the bass on the 300 was WAY quieter than the UBL. ... Over a distance, the UBL projects better detail than the 300. ... If you plan on listening from far away though, or outside, I might recommend the UBL as its bass projects over a distance better."

Yes, it is somewhat close, but i've tried quite a few of S size speakers (about the size of a JBL flip 6) and every speaker of that size has that problem, maybe the only one that doesn't is the Soundcore motion 300, so don't be dissapointed about it. It's just that since they're small speakers, you will normally put them at 60-70% volume where on a bigger speaker that would be about 50%, and most estimated battery life measurements are done on 50% volume, so that's why it's not too accurate on this cases.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Sony Ult Field 1 has deeper bass than JBL Charge 5 ->No problem, and yeah though it is technically true that if you use it at 50% volume it could last you 12 hours, a speaker that sounds so good just makes you want to crank up that volume! If you want any opinions/recommendations though, right now my favourite and the one that i'm gonna stay with is the Earfun Uboom L (i've had Soundcore motion 300, JBL flip 6, Sony ULT Field 1, Soundcore Motion+, JBL Charge 5, etc). You might be surprised, but that single 10 band equalizer is what makes it so good, because you can have the clarity and brightness of the Flip 6 while having the strong deep bass of the Ult Field 1. Just to compare, it goes deeper and way louder than the ULT Field 1, and i think that on indoor Mode it has a deeper bass than the Charge 5, while in outdoor mode it gives an amazing party soundstage, and i also think that it goes the same loudness of the Charge 5, at least with high volume equalizers. The battery life is a bit better than the Sony too!
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Sony Ult Field 1 has deeper bass than JBL Charge 5 ->I liked the Motion 300 much more than the UBOOM L, but that's just my preference. It being flat makes it kinda easy to pack too, and it has a recessed power button, so it won't accidentally turn on in your bag. It's the small things..
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best tiny bluetooth speaker ->Yeah I liked the sound of the 300 better, and I think the 300 is a better overall product. Look at my previous post on this subreddit.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best tiny bluetooth speaker ->Soundcore Motion 300? I really like it
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Alternatives to soundcore boom 3i ->I bought the Soundcore Motion 300 and the Earfun UBOOM L a few days ago, and I tested them for a few hours with the intent to return one of the speakers. To start off with, they both sound great, way better than I expected for the price. My references are Edifier bookshelf speakers (R1855DB and S730D) and a JBL Xtreme. I've had some smaller Bluetooth speakers in the early portable speaker days, but those sound a lot worse. ## Earfun UBOOM L Good things: - It has the potential to sound very good, but it does require fiddling with the EQ. - Gets very loud, but starts to sound thin at high volume. - Clarity is pretty good for a speaker without a tweeter. Mids are the best part of this speaker. - Auxiliary port (I won't really use this tbh) - Built quality is good, but design is kinda generic - Price, it's very cheap at 48 euro's in the Netherlands Bad things: - I have to be honest, it sounds kinda bad out of the box. You HAVE to do things with the EQ to make it sound good, and I don't think Oluv's EQ sounds great, it lacks bass and the volume curve is weird. - The bass is pretty absent at high volume. It doesn't sound great above 80%. - Sound is very directional, it kinda gets muffled at angles. - Battery life is not great (based on RTINGS test) - The startup chimes and stuff sounds very cheap, my very cheap AliExpress amplifier board makes the same sounds - The buttons are black on a black surface, so you have to really look to make sure you press the right button - No firmware update possible from the app? Also the firmware fiasco when this speaker was released is kinda weird too - Charge flap is impossible to open without tools lol - The speaker doesn't seem very refined as a whole product ## Soundcore Motion 300 Good things: - Sounds great out of the box, no adjusting of the EQ needed - Still sounds great it high volume, bass is still present - Gets very loud, about the same volume as the UBOOM L - Possibility to lay flat. It automatically adjusts the EQ. This makes it a much better 360 speaker than the UBOOM - Very well built with the metal grill, strap and just overall quality. Design is nice too. - I instantly got a connection notification on my Android phone the first time I turned it on, like Airpods do on Iphones. It also automatically named the speaker after me. And it prompted me to download the (pretty good) app. - Good buttons, they have (adjustable) backlighting and the power button is recessed, so it's harder to press when it's inside a bag. - Great battery life, almost double the UBOOM battery life (according to RTINGS) - Easier to pack into a bag because it's flat. - Great price for the features and sound quality. - Firmware updates through the app Bad things: - Clarity and mids are a bit better on the UBOOM. - There's an audio delay when watching video's, but i don't think it's worse than the UBOOM with video mode turned on. ## Summary The sound quality of these speakers isn't really far apart. They get just as loud, but the Motion 300 seems to handle bass better, especially at high volumes, while the UBOOM L has better clarity and mids. Both speakers sound great tho. But the overall quality of the product is much much higher with the Motion 300. It actually feels like a premium product with the build quality and features. While the Motion 300 is a bit pricier at €60, I think it's easily worth the price because it's so much better as a product. Some people here seem to forget a Bluetooth speaker is more than just sound. I can easily recommend the Motion 300 to any friends or my parents, but I would only recommend the UBOOM L to friends that are okay with fiddling with the EQ. I am gonna return the Earfun UBOOM L. It sounds great, but it just isn't a very good product, it's missing some refinement. You can really notice that Anker has much more experience and R&D put in their speakers. Let me know if you have any questions.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • My thoughts on the Soundcore Motion 300 and the Earfun UBOOM L ->I saw people talking about distortion on the Motion 300, but I didn't really notice any distortion on the Motion 300. So yeah they might've fixed that. Oluvs EQ is not my thing, it makes the speaker sound very bland, it seems to mostly remove the bass, and the default EQ of the UBOOM just sounds bad. I was able to make it sound pretty great with my own EQ, but I'm not sure if my mom would be able to do that. So I don't think that makes for a great product out of the box. The UBOOM L has more potential to sound better, but the Motion 300 actually sounds a lot better out of the box.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • My thoughts on the Soundcore Motion 300 and the Earfun UBOOM L ->motion 300 sounds better to my ears than the flex, especially with some eq. the bose always sounds muddy and closed in due to it being mono
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help me choose the BEST portable speaker (BASE on your own experience) ->I think it depends on your liking. The boom 2 is significantly bigger than the rest, and I personally don’t like the look, but if that’s what u want, go for it. I listened to flip 6, motion 300 and ult field 1, and I would call each of them a really good speaker, all of them are still portable. I didn’t with the wonderboom. But I know it’s former models which all missed bass and sounded smaller. Think about the scenarios you’d use it in. Often on the go, but all in one system? Id choose a small one like flip 6, the Sony or motion 300. are you always by car and using it close to the car so you can easily transport it and use it the rest of the time at home? I’d choose the big speaker then (boom 2)
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is best Bluetooth Speaker for under $120 ->Sry, I didn’t see your comment. I’m unshure about this, the soundcore looks more premium imo. I think the flip and Sony seem more robust. Flip has no mic, but I know it as being good to repair (like battery swapping etc.), so it’ll last long. I don’t think you would regret buying either of them.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is best Bluetooth Speaker for under $120 ->Yeah that's my issue ; really wanna just get the 6 because of the quality, not the BS but now seeing the Soundcores are louder , idk if I should just get an Encore instead of wait and actually get a nice Bookshelf pair for my player.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help me choose the BEST portable speaker (BASE on your own experience) ->Oh absolutely 💯💯💯 That's why I was alluding to that instead of getting the charge 6 like I've been planning too but now that I've seen the soundcore does go louder. I mindswell spend the extra whatever for the encore with the %20 off it's not much more but again at that price point I really need to just get some speakers for my table
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help me choose the BEST portable speaker (BASE on your own experience) ->I bought two of the soundcore motion 300's so I could pair them for stereo listening and they're really fantastic. Happy to see them near the top of the list.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • I analyzed Reddit for the 25 most recommended portable bluetooth speakers in the past year (Mar 2025) ->They’re great. (Soundcore Motion 300 & Boom 2). The 300 I mainly use for showering.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • I analyzed Reddit for the 25 most recommended portable bluetooth speakers in the past year (Mar 2025) ->Save your money and get two 300's. It's close enough to the Flex Gen 2 that any differences are not worth the cost difference. Additionally, the Flex gen 2 bleeds battery at about 10% per week. So if you had the Flex 2 without charging in two months, it'll be dead. Bose refuses to acknowledge this problem. the Bose Max also has this problem. There's a thread here just dealing with tis problem.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help which speaker ahould i buy 1. Bose Flex Gen. 2 2. Soundcore Boom 2 3. Klipsch Groove XXL 4. Soundcore Motion 300 ->I found in the shower once you get to boombox speakers the bass is overwhelming and takes away from the rest of the song. I honestly prefer my motion 300 over my Stormbox blast in the shower because it's clearer and the bass isn't overwhelming.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Loud enough speaker to use inside shower ->I have the Xiaomi outdoor 30W speaker, and I've previously owned both the motion 300 and the Uboom L. The Xiaomi is awesome for the price, better in bass than both those speakers in my opinion, and if you buy one now and save up you can get another one down the line and pair them in TWS. They sound amazing and so much bigger when pair in TWS. Highly recommend
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Xiaomi outdoor 30W for movie watching (or other bluetooth speaker?) ->Two soundcore motion 300 in stereo mode with ldac and some Hifi audio source is the way to go if you are on a budget (right now they go for 50$ as an early amazon prime deal) and your phone supports ldac.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Finally found my speaker! ->these are all worth their weight in gold: $150 on Amazon - TriBit Stormbox Blast $140 on Amazon ($70/ea) - 2x Soundcore Motion Boom $138 on Amazon ($69/ea) - 2x Anker Soundcore Motion+ $112 on Amazon ($56/ea) - 2x Soundcore Motion 300's $107 on Amazon - Soundcore Motion Boom Plus $100 on Amazon ($50/ea) - 2x Earfun UBOOM L i personally own the TriBit, the Soundcore Motion+, the Earfuns, and I also was able to score a Harman Kardon Onyx 7 for $130 which is right in your price range. I love all of these speakers a lot, but the Harman Kardon has the best bass for the kind of music that I listen to.
r/WirelessSpeakers • Looking for the best speaker at the 100-150$ price range ->Hello, no brand loyalty here, Ive tried all of them. The JBL is easier to toss around since it fits almost anywhere and the flip 6’s bass is significantly improved! More punchy around low to mids. Charge 5 is the best bang. It punches about the same as the bose soundlink flex (gen 2). BUT its hugeee. Got annoying lugging it around and finding more surface area to put it. I went with the bose flex 2 in the end. More portable and warmer mids to entry highs. Portability was what i was after. The motion 300 didnt cut it for me, it sitting in my closet, it’s my beater whenever i need it. In canada the motion 300 was on sale lowest for $75.99 The Flip 6 is $119.99. The Bose Flex gen 2 is $169.99. The Charge 5 is also $169.99. There is more features with JBL yessss. IMO I’m lazy and out of the box experiences breezier and whoever wants to connect with my speakers wont have to fiddle around on the app to tune it… by the time its tweaked - the party is over.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help me choose the BEST portable speaker (BASE on your own experience) ->Of the 3 options in order JBL, Tribit, And then the Soundcore. I will say if you are just using it for audio books or podcasts then the motion 300 is best. The only issue with the motion 300 is the lack of bass.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help me choose the BEST portable speaker (BASE on your own experience) ->My personal favorites: Earfun Uboom L - great separation and stage, especially when you get two and use them in stereo mode Soundcore Motion + - also great separation, a little heavier than the Uboom Soundcore Motion 300 - you can hang it on your back bag and it offers different eq for different postions
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Portable Bluetooth Speakers in 2025 ->Form factor of Flip would be Earfun Uboom L, Soundcore Motion+ (slightly bigger), and Soundcore Motion 300 or Bose Flex 2. What do you dislike about the Flip?
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best tiny bluetooth speaker ->The power button is annoying on the Earfun, I personally prefer its sound over the 300 though. Both are great speakers, the Earfun tends to be a bit cheaper though.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best tiny bluetooth speaker ->Soundcore Motion+, Earfun Uboom L, Soundcore Motion 300 are great and portable. Flip 6/7 is also cool, and if you want to go a bit larger Charge 6.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Ultimate ears wonderboom 4 or tribit xsound plus 2? ->Soundcore Motion 100, 300, 500 and X600 all have ldac, X600 also has aux. There are different opinions about the 500 and 600, but the 300 is a great compact speaker.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best portable speakers with 3.5mm jack OR altx or LDAC? ->Thank you for your insights! I tested these exact two speakers against each other (among others) in the past couple days and I agree with basically all of your points. Two things that eventually made me return the 300 and keep the UBoom: It is IP67 rated and feels like it can stand drops better than the 300. I needed speakers for my construction site and the dust proofing eventually made the difference. I felt like the UBoom was able to carry bass further than the 300 if that makes sense to you. The 300 would produce the fuller bass close by, but when standing a couple metres further away I felt like the UBooms bass was more present. I do agree with you though that the 300 feels like the more refined product and being able to use it laying flat for a more spatial sound is amazing.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • My thoughts on the Soundcore Motion 300 and the Earfun UBOOM L ->Second this, hidden gem and one of the longest battery life on a speaker that size. Could also go with Soundcore and the Motion 300 but Tribit X Sound 2 is 24H while Soundcore is 13H
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Which speaker to choose? ->I collect small bluetooth speakers. Over the years i keep trying new brands. I'm impressed with the Tribit XSound Plus 2 and even better for its great low price and 24H battery which there isn't many with that high battery. Clean sound and bass and the bass boost really thumps. It also has aux which is why I was looking around for a smaller speaker with aux because there isn't many besides the UBoom L which i also have but I also have a bunch of Soundcore like the Mini 3 and Motion 300 but theres no aux. I'm also looking to add the Tribit StormBox 2 which is another small speaker from them and it also has aux but it looks more durable and for travel and outdoor. From other brands those more durable and outdoor ones are made for travel and party uses are more bass focused and not as clean audio so have to compare but right now XSound Plus 2 I'm impressed.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Honest review of the Earfun Uboom L. ->I just got a Motion 300 speaker to use when doing mounted routes. I love it. It has enough power to get over the noise of the engine and fan. But I also have figured out a sweet spot where I can hear it just fine while driving, but when I get out and walk 10 feet away I can barely hear it.
r/USPS • Bluetooth Speakers in LLV ->I settled on the Soundcore motion 300 30w. It retailed for $60. I put a premium on portability and some volume. Also it's stereo which is important to me but I get why others don't care. You can get a better speaker in your budget but it's very good in its class.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Good Bluetooth Speaker Under $200 for Daily Use? ->I agree with the other replies that two speakers are better than one. It depends on how big you are willing to carry around. My favorite that I've settled on is the Soundcore Boom 2. Although it is slightly larger than my idea size for a portable speaker, the handle makes it easy to move around. In my opinion it is just about the perfect balance of size, clarity, and bass for a portable speaker. It has great sound and great bass (even outside). It just won't fit in a small spot. For a smaller speaker, I would recommend the Earfun Uboom L or the Soundcore Motion 300 or the Bose Soundlink Flex. Again, a pair of these in stereo will get the best most room filling sound. All of these are small and easy to carry and easy to place anywhere. If you just want one speaker, I would recommend the Tribit Stormbox Blast or the Earfun Uboom X. They both sound great, with full sound, clarity, and deep bass. But they are huge! Probably not easily carried from room to room, but that that is your decision to make. The Soundcore Boom 2 would be good as a single speaker too, with a smaller size, but it won't sound quite as good as these other two.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Budget indoor speakers with great sound quality ->I've been using the Earfun Uboom L for a long while now for ALL of my bluetooth speaker needs (work desk, on the deck, around the fire, camping, in the garage, etc.). I really love the speaker, especially when paired with another in TWS. However, **I have been looking for something with a little more bass and fullness, especially when outdoors. I really value clarity, fullness, bass, and neutrality, in that order.** After some research on this subreddit, **I decided to try the Soundcore Boom 2**. I saw a video on youtube comparing the Boom 2 to the Boom 2 SE (Walmart's version of the Boom 2). **For those of you that don't know, the Boom 2 SE has two 2.76" full range drivers, where the regular Boom 2 has one 3.54" x 4.72" racetrack woofer and two .79" tweeters.** In the video, both speakers sounded good, with the Boom 2 having more bass, but also sounding a little muddy (loss of detail due to the loud bass). I decided to purchase the SE, which I got from Walmart for $79. The SE arrived and I compared it to my Uboom L. Inside and outside, near and far, with all different types of music (mainly jazz, lofi, synth, acoustic, and rock). **I will say that the SE sounded better than the Uboom L for the most part.** The bass was better, it was fuller, and clarity was similar. It was decent at low volumes (which is how I listen to music most of the time), but the Uboom L is king at ultra low volume (10-20%)! **One thing about the SE though, is that it kind of sounded like the music was coming from inside of the speaker.** I know that sounds silly, because of course it is coming from inside the speaker, but one of the best things about the Uboom L is that it sounds really open and airy like the music is coming from the air rather than from the speaker itself. I really love that quality. I also tried the Soundcore Motion 300 against the Uboom L too and although it sounded really good (more bass, fuller), it also wasn't as open and airy. So after testing, I decided to keep the SE for outdoor use as it seemed better for those needs. But....I was just too curious to know what the regular Boom 2 sounded like. Was it better? I had to be sure I picked the right one. So I bought the regular Boom 2 off Amazon for $99. It arrived and I tested it against the SE (inside/outside, near/far, etc.) and **WOW, the regular Boom 2 is so much better.** Yes it's bass is boomy, but you can adjust the EQ to tame that down. Once it is tamed down, **it is actually a really clear sounding speaker with great bass** (just what I was looking for!). And another great thing, **it actually sounds open and airy, like the music is NOT coming from a box.** I'm also really happy with the form factor. It's not too big. I tried the Uboom X as well, which sounded GREAT, but it was just too big for my needs. The Boom 2 is between the Uboom L and the Uboom X in size. Plus the flat rectangular box shape works well for laying it flat (like the Motion 300 or Bose Flex) for more of a 360 sound (though it needs a LOT of adjustment to make the sound OK in that orientation, and even then, it doesn't sound super). **It's actually a pretty directional speaker that does not sound as well off axis or in this upward orientation.** I'm really happy with it so far (maybe I'll get another for TWS!) and my recommendation for anyone would be to spend the extra $20 for the regular Boom 2 as it's really a lot better.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Soundcore Boom 2 vs Soundcore Boom 2 SE (Review) ->Yes! I also tested the Uboom L against the Motion 300. It was such a close call, they both sounded great. The Uboom L shined with its clarity and openness. The 300 shined with its bass and fullness. Up close, I almost preferred the 300 (at really low volumes, it almost had better clarity than the UBL), but the deal breaker for me at the time was the fact that the bass on the 300 did not carry over a distance, especially outside. Although the UBL bass was not as low as the 300, at distances inside and outside, the UBL bass was twice as good. Since I already had two UBL, I ended up returning the 300. FYI, now I have two Boom 2’s and I rarely use my Uboom L’s. The Boom 2 is soooo much better…..bass, clarity, fullness, etc.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • My thoughts on the Soundcore Motion 300 and the Earfun UBOOM L ->I compared the Uboom L side by side with the Motion + and I did not hear much noticeable difference in bass depth. The Motion 300 however had noticeable deeper bass when I compared it to the UBL. And I did feel like it gave me a fuller sound than the UBL which I really liked. But I didn’t like that the bass didn’t carry over a distance on the 300. But up close at low volumes, the 300 will be good. I would give that a try. It’s not going to give you Boom 2 levels of bass though, not even close.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Is Motion+ my best option for clarity after failed experience with Uboom L and Soundcore Boom 2 ->Soundcore (Anker) makes some nice speakers. Although I don’t have the exact model, their Boom3i might fit your needs. They even advertise it being strapped on a kayak. It also supports a feature called “PartyCast” which allows connection of something silly like 100 speakers to play in sync. The two models I do have are the Motion 300 and the Boom 2. Connection is solid to both as I can easily be over 50 foot away and there’s no issues.
r/BuyItForLife • Looking for small waterproof speakers that can be paired to more speakers with a great connection. ->Yep. I've got the Motion 300. I chose it specifically for the LDAC support and am pleased with its sound quality. I also like the relatively thin rectangular firm factor. Easy to use and packs well for travel. Also has automatic EQ based on orientation (vertical, horizontal, or laying flat). Also can be paired with another for true stereo (and better bass) if you shop carefully, you can get two for around 100-110 $US
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is the best sounding speaker (bluetooth or not) for around or under $100 ->I have enjoyed the Wonderboom. I like the small footprint and 360 sound actually works well. JBL Flip 6 is good. It likely has a little bit better sound quality than Wonderboom (wonderboom sounds quite good, but I think JBL adds a bit more bass). Soundcore Motion 300 is good too. It is modeled after the Bose Flex. It does sound really good.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Small/Powerful Bluetooth speakers? ->I think for best sound quality the Bose Flex and the JBL Flip 6 both sound really good. The Sony Ult 1 also sounds really good that is easy to pickup for 99 at Walmart USA. (Costco USA has the Bose for 99). Both the Soundcore Glow and Motion 300 are both really good. The 300 rips off the Bose design, but it has all of its best options of the Bose like it knows when it flat or on the edge and adjust the speakers based upon this. I have the Wonderboom 2. The newer 4 has improved base. I do like its 360 sound design and its small footprint that makes it easy to carry around.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Which speaker should i get ->I would agree that Bose Soundlink Flex 2 has the best sound quality in a small personal size. The Wonderboom is a great device. I still use WB2. It has great sound for the size and 360 sound claim is legitimate. Wonderboom 4 improved the bass over the 2. It is super easy to carry around with its softball size. Soundcore has so many speakers it is confusing. I would pick Motion 300 as best personal sized speaker. It borrowed many of the Bose Flex features such as sensing if it is laying flat or on its edge and adjusting speaker output. The Glow Mini or regular mini are good too.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • The Best Small Bluetooth Speaker Right Now? ->I was not sure the size you needed, but I have had a chance to try the Tribit Stormbox 2 or Soundcore Glow or Motion 300. 👍
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best bang for your buck portable Bluetooth speaker? [$300 max but I’d rather go cheaper] ->soundcore motion 300 or motion 600 are good items. The Motion 300 knows whether it is laid flat or on its edge. So, this would work well if you laid it on a seat or in the foot well.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Speaker For Car ->For the budget you could get two Earfun L's/ two Soundcore Motion 300's. Go in speakerranking. com and see comparisons of the two. If your priorities are sound quality then go for the Earfun L but if you want a more practice speaker go for the Motion 300.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Which is the best portable speaker on sale currently? (Budget ~120$) ->Yes I understand what you mean and yeah they sound great in TWS mode. But still you can get one of them they are great even alone.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Which is the best portable speaker on sale currently? (Budget ~120$) ->Some people prefer motion+ some motion 300 it really depends on the person. But I would recommend you to get motion 300 it is more future proof ,more portable and functional ,but remember to EQ it because the factoryEQq is bad.Motion + is starting to get old and it's just hard pain to EQ it up with a different app etc etc.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Which is the best portable speaker on sale currently? (Budget ~120$) ->Something like the uboom L/soundcore motion 300 is what you would want. Fitting in every backpack, even fitting in some bug pockets, pretty loud for the size. The bass could be some issue but it is what it is when you want something portable. I think motion 300 is amazing because of it's built in strap. You could strap it everywhere you want which is a big plus for traveling.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best speaker for travel ->Oops, apologies -- I always have a ton of notifications and probably missed the Q. I returned mine purely because I needed a BT speaker for a series of gatherings at the time that never happened. In the absence of those events, I had little use for a Bluetooth speaker of any kind -- big or small -- and eventually decided to return my Luna. If I need a new speaker again though, I would probably broaden my search. I got a Soundcore Motion 300 for my dad (different needs and obviously less demanding ears) and I was very impressed by its power and clarity. The 300 and Luna are not exactly comparable products especially price wise -- but the 300 packed a lot of punch for its price whereas Luna delivered more crisp and clear vocals in my perception.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Thoughts on Harman Kardon Luna? ->Motion 300 on sale is a steal. My choice came down to Flex 2 2nd gen vs Motion 300 and, even irrespective of the price difference, Motion 300 was nearly a match for Flex 2 to my untrained ears.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Bluetooth Speaker Suggestion ->I don't see anything wrong. I've always said to everyone, know your sound profile preferences. If you like boosted bass then the Uboom L isn't for you. The Motion 300 definitely goes deeper in the bass and is bass boosted out of the box which can drown out the mids. If you value boosted bass over midrange detail then you'll like the Motion 300 for sure. OP even said clarity and mids are better on the Uboom L.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • My thoughts on the Soundcore Motion 300 and the Earfun UBOOM L ->True, manufacturers need to focus on ease of use and working perfectly out of the box without any adjustment. I completely agree.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • My thoughts on the Soundcore Motion 300 and the Earfun UBOOM L ->Great call. Just bought the motion 300, good reviews, good value and size. Thanks!
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best speaker for travel ->Do yourself a favour and get 2 soundcore go 4's . Honestly paired in stereo they sound nicer than my Motion 300 and UBoomL and I paid £18 each .
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Which Bluetooth speakers are good and affordable? ->If you want something roughly the same price and size but with better performance then Motion 100 fits the bill . I have one and it's great also coming from an Xsoundgo i'd say it has more clarity and has app support . I also have the Motion 300 which is a fair bit larger and sounds even bassier but not twice as good as the 100 .
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Portable speaker, no budget ->The only thing with a smaller footprint that is still considered premium is probably the Bose micro. Another no brainer is the soundcore go 4. Not as good as the Bose but close enough but the bonus is it's dirt cheap and two paired in stereo to me at least sounds nicer than my uboomL and motion 300.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Portable speaker, no budget ->The surf is good for a very small stereo speaker , and sounds pretty much like the Xsoundgo though the battery life is much shorter . I don't think they make them any more but for a $100 you could get nearly 4 XsoundGo's or 2 soundcore Motion 300 which is vastly better .
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Is the Tribit XSound Surf good, or any other portable speaker under $100 for orchestral, cinematic, and house music at low volume? ->i just got a soundcore motion 300 off temu for $45 all in, i think it was $57 and there was a 30% off coupon code. verified as legit on the soundcore website. its pretty widely considered to be one of the better value small BT speakers. arrived in 1 day too, which was a nice surprise lol.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best cheap speaker that is like a JBL? ->I have the motion 300. I had to tweak the EQ and after that it sounds really nice, happy with the speaker. I also heard good things about the charge 5 which is twice the size (also twice the price) and probably also sounds bigger and better, but I never had a chance to compare them.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help me choose the BEST portable speaker (BASE on your own experience) ->Detailed listening experience, a bit smoother and more for low volumes - Motion 300 Party, Deep bass for louder volumes - Charge 5 (For me tronsmart mirtune s100 does a better job at this point)
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help me choose the BEST portable speaker (BASE on your own experience) ->soundcore motion 300 with some eq will be the best, don’t even take motion + replies seriously, its not clear
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Budget Portable Bluetooth Speaker With The Most Clarity? ->soundcore motion 300 or uboom l
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • I need a recommendation for a portable Bluetooth speaker ->Look at the Soundcore motion 300 as well.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Which Tribit speaker should I get? ->I've been a long time Bose Bluetooth supporter and owner. Their home stereo speakers aren't my thing too much, but I own 4 of their Bluetooth portable speaker line. 2 Flex and 2 micro. While they both do an impressive job respectively, the Bose Connect app has finally ended up being a deal breaker for my needs. You can only connect 2 speakers total with TWS. I don't know of any product that I've used in conjunction with an application that is less functional than the Connect app. Bose is known for great tech around their product lines, and for decades. Whoever built that app should no longer be employed by such a great company. So, I started to look around for where the tech was at currently across the market. After a good bit of reading reviews by consumers, publications and reviewers, I landed on Anker's Soundcore line of speakers. I now have 6 of them. I bought each one from Soundcore's refurbished store through Temu. I have a little more invested for those 6 than what two Bose micros actually cost me. Soundcore speakers are really good. They are very comparable to Bose in sound quality and construction, and their app will allow 100 or more of their speakers with the Party Up feature to connect to your phone or whatever your source is. It also has a custom equalizer, and several presets are in the app. None of those are in the Bose Connect app. There is an impressive amount of technology in their products like DACs, and like Bose Flex, they adjust and maximize sound quality if they are lying flat, upright, or hanging. Soundcore also have several models of high resolution digital speakers that really sound impressive also. In the high resolution speakers, I went with the Motion 300s, 30 watts apiece and a little bit smaller than my Bose Flex(which are 20 watts)..but, the bonus: I paid $52 apiece for the Motion 300s, which is ⅓ the price of a flex..and the Soundcore app for them works. Every time. I found my new favorite line of Bluetooth speakers only because I had been purchasing Anker charge cables and external battery chargers for well over a decade. I also purchased one of their first model of speakers, and I still own it from 12 or 13 years ago, and it still works well. So, they were on my radar for a long time as quality stuff. But, their r&d has upped their game since those days. I hope Bose gets their stuff together. I told em in an email 2 or 3 years ago what a piece of crap their app was, but they haven't responded. The Bose Connect app is rated at over 4 stars on Google, so I'm either one of very few that is experiencing a negative experience, or something is at play with their ratings being rigged..I'm not suggesting Google or Bose of being less than honest, but I can't rate that app at more than 2 stars and I'm being a tad bit generous with that. Soundcore's app? 5 stars!!
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Costco Deals ->Lol. 2 Earfun Uboom X in stereo pair sound 10x better than 1 Move 2. Hell, even my 2 sound core motion 300s in stereo pair sound comparable. Stop being a Sonos fanboy. I got the Move 2 because I already 3 sonos sound bars, 2 subs, a pair of 300s, and a pair of 100s. And it is simple and easy to control for house guests through my tablet on my fridge that I already used for home assistant. I would not recommend the Move 2 unless you are already in the Sonos ecosystem
r/sonos • Why the SoundGuys complaints/review of the Move 2 is laughable (and questionably dishonest) ->I agree that for clarity, the Soundcore Motion 300 is one of the best. I found it more clear than Uboom L, Motion +, and JBL Flip 6. I’ve never used the other two speakers that you’ve mentioned. The 300 is not as good as an outdoor speaker as the bass doesn’t project as well as some of the other speakers you mentioned. But indoors and close listening, the 300 is better.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Budget Portable Bluetooth Speaker With The Most Clarity? ->However it's not better than 2 motion 300s lol
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Pocket (mini) Size Portable Speaker for Outdoor Use? ->Hope you're enjoying your Sony, they make good products. I would have recommended the Soundcore Motion 300. I love this speaker it sounds great, and has a lot of bass. I challenge anyone to find a better speaker for $67.99. It has nice clarity, balanced sound, and plenty of bass, and can get pretty loud. If you wanted to have a second speaker for whatever reason give this one a whirl, it's really impressive.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Portable Bluetooth Speakers in 2025 ->I ended up getting this one. It was largely a toss up between, Uboom L, Soundcore Motion+, and the Motion 300. I ended up getting the 300 ultimately because of the compactness. I liked the idea of just being able to throw it in a gym bag without it being cumbersome. I also heard it's great with certain EQ settings. I really am digging it so far.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Budget Portable Bluetooth Speaker With The Most Clarity? ->I personally never use aux, never. Soundcore motion 300 is a gem
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Honest review of the Earfun Uboom L. ->Currently my top ones are the bose flex 2nd gen, luna and motion 300. Kinda hard to choose, but flex 2 is currently my go 2.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • New Xiaomi bluetooth speaker ->You should get a pair of soundcore motion 300's.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • New Xiaomi bluetooth speaker ->Soundcore motion 300 is small and is pretty good sounding for it's size
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best speakers for someone living in bed? ->Most new speaker now have eq adjustments for this type of thing. Soundcore motion 300 has pretty smooth treble, you can use eq to reduce treble.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Bluetooth speaker ear piercing and agressive treble? ->Motion plus will leave you wanting more bass as well. I think that motion 300 has the edge, and with a nice eq you will feel pretty nice warm bass. It does distort at higher volumes with more bass heavy music.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Is Motion+ my best option for clarity after failed experience with Uboom L and Soundcore Boom 2 ->inside the shower the best options are tribit micro 2 or soundcore motion 300 outside shower the best option is earfun uboom x. soundcore boom 2 is great as well, but if you have the space, always go for the uboom x, it's a completely different league.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best waterproof Bluetooth speaker of all prices for shower? ->if you want one speaker for everything: earfun uboom x if you want a small/travel speaker: motion 300 if you want most power out of lightweight/compact design: boom 2 if i could only choose one of them: earfun uboom x 100%. but i love my motion 300 for travelling!
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help which speaker ahould i buy 1. Bose Flex Gen. 2 2. Soundcore Boom 2 3. Klipsch Groove XXL 4. Soundcore Motion 300 ->micro 2 or motion 300 are the best small budget options
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best small portable speaker options for under 100 ->indeed, but also triple the power. i don't see any problem with the motion 300 in size and weight for an average consumer for home or portable use. kitchen radios and micro stereo systems used to be way bigger and heavier in the past and average consumers used them as well without any problems.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best small portable speaker options for under 100 ->he never said what exact size he is looking for. i consider the motion 300 as a small portable speaker. i use mine for travelling. definitely should get the tribit micro 2 if that is the size he is looking for. that thing is just sweet. personally i wouldn't go any smaller than that.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best small portable speaker options for under 100 ->motion 300 with uboom L eq would be my choice, it has stereo as well. equalizer can be bought here: [https://www.patreon.com/oluvsone/shop/soundcore-motion-300-eq-settings-uboom-l-95778](https://www.patreon.com/oluvsone/shop/soundcore-motion-300-eq-settings-uboom-l-95778) i agree with the others, don't think too much about the codecs, it doesn't really matter all that much.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is best Bluetooth Speaker for under $120 ->Since it has two drivers, some people mistakenly think of it as "stereo." It's not, really. BUT, for the price, it's a decent alternative, since you can buy two and pair them for a little more than a retail-priced Flex 2. I bought both of mine as factory refurbs for under $100, though. But comparing one-to-one, the Bose simply sounds richer, and more balanced. The 300 is "good enough" for those wanting to spend $50-70, though.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help which speaker ahould i buy 1. Bose Flex Gen. 2 2. Soundcore Boom 2 3. Klipsch Groove XXL 4. Soundcore Motion 300 ->Just search Google with the keywords "refurbished" or "factory refurbished" for any items you like. As for a paired group of 300s, I think (but don't know from experience) they'd offer better separation, be louder by a bit, and give you true stereo. Plus, you could always travel with just one as your on-the-road speaker and be happy with it.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help which speaker ahould i buy 1. Bose Flex Gen. 2 2. Soundcore Boom 2 3. Klipsch Groove XXL 4. Soundcore Motion 300 ->That old Beats was pretty much garbage, agreed…I had a wifi version (black, but sent it back and got a Riva Turbo X (I think). That being said, I had the Motion 300 and it was decent, but the Beats Pill just suits me better.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Beats pill for 78$ good deal ? ->Check my latest post here, x2 motion vs Bose Flex 2, the motion 300 are still amazing speakers and sound amazing for less than 120€ a pair, they are highly customizable,I use the Oluv's eqs but you can make it sound how you like it.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Bluetooth speaker for around 150$ ->For a higher quality experience the motion 300 or the earfun uboom l,they are highly customizable and can sounds real good for movies. For a cheaper option I don't think you can find anything better than the Xiaomi outdoor 30w. Sometimes it's on sale for 30$ or less, you can get 2 for stereo sound.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Xiaomi outdoor 30W for movie watching (or other bluetooth speaker?) ->Going off AudioMan's suggestion, I can also confirm that Soundcore is a pretty good budget brand. ANKER is a very good accessories brand, making some of the best cables and chargers for electronics. I love their chargers, and I've reecommended chargers, USB hubs, and their Soundcore products to just about everyone. A whiiiiile back, I got the Soundcore Wakey. I'm not sure if you can still find it, but it's a Bluetooth speaker clock. It has capacitive buttons on the front, but it also connects to the Soundcore app (yay... another app lol) to set alarms and do white noise machine stuff. It has an FM radio mode, USB ports for slow charging devices, wireless charging up top (the old kind that can take forever but not heat up your phone as bad), and even an aux-in. Also, AudioMan recommended the Soundcore Motion X600, but that speaker is essentially a boombox. Its younger sibling, the Motion X300, is much more portable. It's probably as large as a clutch purse or something, but it's got a pretty robust strap with a button fastener. It's a little heavy for clipping to your belt or belt loop, but it gives you a handle for carrying it around without having a handle getting in your way of it being portable. Best part, I [looked at the manual](https://support.soundcore.com/s/article/A3135-EN) and it *CLEARLY* says that you short press to turn on, longer press to turn off. It's got LDAC too, which is nice. For a sub-$100 speaker, it's pretty good. A single charge lasts forever, too.
r/audio • Small portable speaker with auto-powerdown, power-up with short press, & hopefully wired 3.5mm aux-in jack ->My JBL Charge 4 was great but now won’t stay turned on. I went with the Soundmotion 300 and I have to say it seems like the same loudness of the JBL but with clearer audio and cheaper price.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Portable bluetooth speaker for car ->If you aren’t into EQing or particular about having stereo sound and just need an overall great sounding no fuss just connect and play kinda speaker with good bass then charge 5 sounds great. If you want to be able to tweak sound and need good stereo sound with good vocals and details then soundcore 300. If you want EQ and all the bells and whistles options like setting timer or switching on the on and off sounds and stereo sound with drivers facing left and right and not just towards you while giving out great bass then tribit.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Help me choose the BEST portable speaker (BASE on your own experience) ->Soundcore Motion 300 was just $55 the other day. Go ahead and buy your junky Beats. I also used to fall for their marketing and owned enough of their products to learn my lesson to never buy that bullshit ever again
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Beats pill for 78$ good deal ? ->Hello, the Soundcore Motion is a great value option with excellent sound quality and aptX support, ideal for music production. The X600 and Boom Plus are also solid choices for immersive sound. Higher wattage (W) means louder volume, while higher kHz improves sound detail, but balance matters for overall quality
