Tribit iirc Storm (smaller square one, good speakers on sale) does this but for some reason, and nothing states this anywhere, will only charge something when the speaker is over 50%
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Is there a speaker that can act as a USB sound device while providing power? ->Micro(2), Blast(2) and Lava are great. XSound Plus (2) and Stormbox(2) alright, but there are better speakers in that size imo. Stormbox Mini(2) just blows.

If you want great music need to up the budget. If you want bass and are willing to sacrifice portability look for a 2.1 setup.
