Previously the best sounding earbuds I've heard are the AKG N400NC which I still have but plan to sell since I no longer need them. ... "Out of the Box this Headset sounds so damn bad that I can't understand people liking it. ... It's not failing, the Logitech driver just blocks it from activating, which is crazy. But with the fix you deinstall the logitech driver but this also that dts license you should be able to use. It's simply bullshit. ... It's dumb to pay extra but I like the sound and also it's not bond to one Headset, you still can buy another one and use DTS. ... I thought I was upgrading from wonderboom but this is a true downgrade if I keep it. ... it sounded lifeless just like most other presets because it seems the “new” drivers used aren’t more capable than the xsound go (the mini one) if not lesser tbh. Feels like they took cheaper drivers and forced DSP to drive them. ... The speaker sounds ok at 50% volume but below and above that it’s trash. ... tribit x sound plus 2 sounds very quite and flat out of the box and also with preset equalisers provided by tribit."

I have the tribit one, its bang for buck speakers. First got the GO and then the Plus 2 and now even got the lava.

It doesn’t get very pound but for personal listening it’s good. It would seem to have good highs. I use Bose micro, it’s not as good as the Bose, but still good for its price point. The build also is good and classy.

In both cases, earfun UBL wins as it sounds more fuller due to its size when compared to Tribit Xsound Plus 2. As a bass lover, that's the main reason to prefer UBL.
