I agree that the Wonderboom is a great small speaker. I use one mostly indoors, and it is great for the kitchen, home office ect. Its softball size is great so it does not take up much room at all. I never have connection issues with WB2. It does seem the Bose Flex 2 is still the best sounding personal speaker. The Soundcore Motion 300 or Soundcore Glow are both really nice values. I saw that the JBL flip 6 is still on sale at Best Buy usa and a few more places.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Recommendation for a portable bluetooth speaker ->I have the liked Wonderboom that I have had for a couple of year. Good sound quality. I believe wonderboom 4 now uses USB C and has better bass. Soundcore with the Glow or the Motion 300 have good reviews.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Mini Bluetooth Speaker ->I like the Wonderboom as a good sounding speaker the size of a softball. Tribit micro or Soundcore Glow Mini are good too.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is the best mini bluetooth speaker as of now? Budget is not a problem ->I just like the size. It makes it easy to pack and move around. It was better than smallest Sony when I got mine, but there are more choices now.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is the best mini bluetooth speaker as of now? Budget is not a problem ->I have liked the Wonderboom 2 that I have used. It sounds like version 4 has a bit more bass, and it sounds better if you play it at 75 percent of max volume. I did hear in person Sony Ult 1 and Soundcore Glow; both sound very good. The reviews of the Soundcore Motion 300 seem really good; I just have not heard that in person, but I know [Cnet.com](http://Cnet.com) put in their top 5 of best small personal bluetooth speakers.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Bluetooth Speaker under $100? ->I just played the demo at Walmart USA. I have a Wonderboom 2 that I have enjoyed. The Glow seemed to sound fairly similar So, I think that in the 60-80 price range it is hard to beat. I saw a week ago the Wonderboom 4 was $79.00, but I think the price went back up at Best Buy usa. I am sure it will drop back down again. By the way, I by accident ordered some Soundcore headphone from Amazon renewed. They were in fantastic condition. I actually thought that I had bought new headphones, but I just kept them since I could not tell the difference until I reviewed a couple of amazon order a month later.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is the best bluetooth speaker for 60$? ->I think for best sound quality the Bose Flex and the JBL Flip 6 both sound really good. The Sony Ult 1 also sounds really good that is easy to pickup for 99 at Walmart USA. (Costco USA has the Bose for 99). Both the Soundcore Glow and Motion 300 are both really good. The 300 rips off the Bose design, but it has all of its best options of the Bose like it knows when it flat or on the edge and adjust the speakers based upon this. I have the Wonderboom 2. The newer 4 has improved base. I do like its 360 sound design and its small footprint that makes it easy to carry around.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Which speaker should i get ->I have liked the Wonderboom that I bought during Covid. I like its softball size. It is super easy carry or put on a small desk while working The Bose Flex is a great sounding small speaker. I did get a chance to hear recently both the JBL Flip 6 and Sony Ult 1 they both sounded really good . The Soundcore Motion 300 and Glow both sound quite good. The Glow has a 360 sound design similar to the the ue Wonderboom or boom 4. (edited to fix grammar).
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Budget indoor speakers with great sound quality ->I would agree that Bose Soundlink Flex 2 has the best sound quality in a small personal size. The Wonderboom is a great device. I still use WB2. It has great sound for the size and 360 sound claim is legitimate. Wonderboom 4 improved the bass over the 2. It is super easy to carry around with its softball size. Soundcore has so many speakers it is confusing. I would pick Motion 300 as best personal sized speaker. It borrowed many of the Bose Flex features such as sensing if it is laying flat or on its edge and adjusting speaker output. The Glow Mini or regular mini are good too.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • The Best Small Bluetooth Speaker Right Now? ->I saw the Bose Flex at Costco this weekend. It is actually flatter than I thought it would be. So, it is quite easy. I like the Wonderboom 2 that I got 2 years ago. It looks like a U.S. softball. So, it is easy to put in the top of a backpack or one of these zipper top loading duffels. Soundcore Motion 300 looks very similar to Bose Flex. So, it should be good too. I just have not seen that in person.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Travel friendly speaker ->I really have liked the UE Wonderboom 2 that I bought during Covid. The new Wonderboom 4 is $80 currently. I did really like the sound quality of the Soundcore Glow. So, I would think the Soundcore Glow Mini or mini would be good.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best small portable speaker options for under 100 ->I do love the Wonderboom myself. You hear so much random stuff, but some people here thought thought the Wonderboom 4 sounded better than the Boom 4, but I have no idea if that is true. I did buy the Wonderboom 2 during covid, and I love the clear sound and the portability. It seems true that Wonderboom 4 has better bass and sounds better at 80 percent max volume. Walmart does have some pretty good demo speakers currently. They have a good number Soundcore speakers that do sound good. The Soundcore Motion 300 sounds good. It is modeled on the Bose Flex that is supposed the best sounding personal speaker. So, the 300 usually costs $80.00. The Audio editor from cnet has given me some good headphone suggestions. He thought the Bose was the best personal speaker, but the Soundcore 300 really is competitve with the JBL Flip 6, Boom 4 and other. You could buy two of those for true stereo if the budget allows or add another later. The Tribit Flow is another Bose imitation, but it seems to sound really good too. The new Sony Ult 1 is really good sounding speaker. Walmart sells it for $99.00 it sounded really good too. Several of these speakers that look like old school jam boxes supposedly sound great. So, the Soundcore Boom 2 or the Tribit Stormbox Blast. I did hear the Soundcore Boom 2, and it does sound great. This cnet list of the best bluetooth speakers helped me. You can get the detailed review by clicking on the individual item. r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Suggestions For A Decent Budget Speaker ->Agreed ! I used to think highly of my wonderboom 2 and thought it was well worth the price until I heard tribit x sound plus 2 which costed way less and sounds like speakers three times the price of wonderboom lol
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Ultimate Ear speakers over priced and overhyped ->Boom 2 would suffice and very portable. I envy it for its power in a small form factor. It was too expensive here(soundcore here are expensive and no discounts) on my end so ended up with the blast for 190 usd https://preview.redd.it/58zwcu7au23e1.jpeg?width=4624&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7817f567375012181a1cdc8149ae95496ea471de
r/WirelessSpeakers • Looking for the best speaker at the 100-150$ price range ->I bought both the Boom 2 and Blast (link below) and listened side-by-side and preferred the bass and overall response from the Tribit Blast. There’s a Blast 2 that I’ll be reviewing, but at $300 it is a big jump from the $150 blast 1. [Tribit StormBox Blast 1](https://a.co/d/fm4MQqN)
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • what’s the best bluetooth speaker in this price range and size? ->Boom 2. And if you want an alternative, consider the Tronsmart Mega Pro 60W. I have this and the Boom 2 Plus and the "little" Tronsmart defends itself very well.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • what’s the best bluetooth speaker in this price range and size? ->You will struggle to get better value for money than the boom 2 if volume is your biggest criteria
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What’s the loudest speaker, with the best sound, that I can easily take on an airplane? Under $300 please. ->I recently went down a rabbit hole on Bluetooth speakers. I do not want to spend more than $200. I currently have a Soundcore motion x600 ($150) and a Boom 2 ($100) that I’m testing out. The issue I’m running into is that I like both of them for completely different reasons. I like the motion x600 for its indoor capability with a focus on higher quality audio at low-mid volume settings. I like the boom 2 for the bass and loudness that works better in an outdoor scenario or for parties. Is there anything on the market that has the best of both worlds? I’d be using the speaker in my small apartment in most cases, but would appreciate the versatility of something that can still get louder with some bass for other situations. I’ve seen the Tribit Stormbox Blast mentioned a lot on here, but that seems like it’d be a little overkill for my situation. Anything you can recommend is appreciated. I’d also consider keeping one of the two that I’m testing, just sort of torn on what to do. The x600 definitely shines more indoors at lower volumes, versus the Boom 2 that seems to sound better at medium to high volumes.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is the most balanced sub $200 Bluetooth speaker? ->After listening to both the x600 and Boom 2 all night, I decided to return the x600. Here’s why. The x600 had great mids and highs. However, it lacked bass and the battery power was sort of subpar for the price point. I think it looks awesome, but that wasn’t enough for me to keep it. I also noticed some tinny sounding high notes in some songs with the x600. The Boom 2 really grew on me the more I listened to it, I actually decided to order a second one since you can pair them. I think for the sale price of $100, the Boom 2 is a great value. I like its portable size and the “knock around” design too. Being able to buy two of them for pairing at $200 is pretty solid IMO. Thanks everyone for your input.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is the most balanced sub $200 Bluetooth speaker? ->while checking out the boom 2, I also came across the boom 2 plus. how would the boom 2 plus compare with uboom?
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Portable bluetooth speaker recommendations for someone who enjoys bass ->yea i really like the size of the boom 2 and most reviews compliment the sound and bass
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Portable bluetooth speaker recommendations for someone who enjoys bass ->Are you talking about the max? If so that's a pretty innacurate and false perspective of this speaker. I had if for half a year now and it sounds the best at lowet volumes, it sounds the best when you're listening on axis in front of it, the lack of mic is not a big deal for most people. A pool speaker would be a boom 2, but hell nah the bose soundlink max has a great tuning for indoor listening so that's hogwash mate. X600 is funny to even mention, a speaker that has the most aggressive marketing by soundcore, the saptial mode is more than terrible for those who understand sound, and distorts with bass heavy recordings at higher volumes. The voice response of the battery and welcome tones are unique, and by the way can be turned off for those who don't like it. I own over 40 speakers, x600 is one of them, and hell no the x600 will be returned soon.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • The Best Bluetooth Speakers in 2025? ->We were talking about the max, not the flex. And bose soundlink max wipes the floor with the x600. Boom 2 is a different conversation. The boom 2 is a cheaper speaker than the x600 but it's funny how well it competes against the max.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • The Best Bluetooth Speakers in 2025? ->Well the boom 2 is still a better speaker. They tried to make something more premium, but ended up having a worse speaker than the cheaper one they made.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • The Best Bluetooth Speakers in 2025? ->Boom 2 or Earfun UBOOM X, depends what size you want
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • what’s the best bluetooth speaker in this price range and size? ->I know. The Tribit Lava is $130. But after the early bird discount is $100. It has better low Bass rumble than Boom 2 which is also at $100. There are many speakers with good bass. But there aren't many with that Low Bass Rumble
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best speaker under 100$? Something I can hear and feel the bass of outside? And something loud! ->I think the Tribit Stormbox Micro 2 would be a good option. It's about $50 right now on amazon and is waterproof and small enough to prop up next to your soaps and such. It's also tiny and versatile as a general travel/activity speaker. If you don't mind setting the speaker on the floor, the larger speakers suggested in the other comments would be fine, but I personally would get tired of crouching over all the time to adjust the speaker down there. The JBL is fine, if not a bit overpriced for what you get, and the Boom 2 is great, but oversized for your use case in my opinion.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best waterproof Bluetooth speaker of all prices for shower? ->Brane x for a speaker that can give all the music. The boom 2 is good for on the go use because it has lots of bass and a good eq. The earfun uboom x is probably going to sound the best, it has an eq and is tuned to be neutral sounding Tribit just came put with their lava speaker, it seems to be better than the xtreme 4 for less than half the price
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Portable bluetooth speaker recommendations for someone who enjoys bass ->Agreed. In my opinion, the only speaker that’s worth it from UR I guess is the Wonderboom series. Sometimes you can find it for $70-$80, but other than that, nope
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Ultimate Ear speakers over priced and overhyped ->I have like 6 wonderbooms and a Hyperboom as well nice lol
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Ultimate Ear speakers over priced and overhyped ->I can only pair 2 of them at a time since wonderbooms aren’t compatible with the UE iOS app.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Ultimate Ear speakers over priced and overhyped ->Wonderboom is a classic. Get battery and great surround sound for it's size. For a picnic table outside it does a satisfying job. It's the #1 rated BT speaker by the NY Times. Of course there's bigger and better, but one has to remember that BT portable speakers are supposed to be portable and scratch that itch adequately. A heavy JBL BB3 really really stretched the red line of what's portable. Full stop, BT speakers will NEVER replace a good home sound system. Plus the batteries will brick the device in a few years when it loses its charge....So really, spending large amounts is futile for something that should be considered a disposable razor. And if you're really willing to spend more than $150, you better really use it more than twice a week otherwise you're losing money on that ticking time bomb of a battery which is permanently draining its strength month by month...unless it's a portabke plug in, which is the ultimate recommendation.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is the best mini bluetooth speaker as of now? Budget is not a problem ->I use the wonderboom daily and in my opinion it doesn’t sound that great. But it is extremely durable, ip68 and gets pretty loud with decent battery life
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is the best mini bluetooth speaker as of now? Budget is not a problem ->I use it on a construction site clipped on to my tool belt so it’s pretty much perfect if not a little awkwardly shaped which is my only gripe. If I need something that I can leave stationary to cover a larger area I bought a Stormbox blast, and that lasts me an 8hr work day easily and is just loud enough for most jobs.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What is the best mini bluetooth speaker as of now? Budget is not a problem ->I had the wonderboom also that one sounds great (even bass) and the battery lasts alllll day at half volume. Which is still plenty loud unless you want people coming out the door wondering wtf that racket outside is. It’s just kinda big
r/USPS • Headphone are out. Are speakers in? ->pretty happy with my Wonderboom
r/Metalcore • Best Bluetooth speakers for the heavy stuff ->I dont think they are overhyped because not many people here or online are suggesting they are “best in class” other than maybe some random YouTubers. they are popular with consumers because they have good IP protection and rated for drop protection at least their smaller ones. also most of them have 360 sound design so consumers dont need to be conscious about how they place it they can just focus on listening to the music. easy to use. imo the only good ones are Wonderboom and Hyperboom. Wonderboom has impressive battery life and big sound for its size (has same size drivers and sound as Boom) I have two of them so am a bit biased. latency is on the low side as well. other than that downsides are it reduces bass quite quickly above 50% volume and except for the new WB4 they all charge with micro usb. Hyperboom is decently specced and performs well at higher volume with minimal compression and distortion. large dispersion as well but not 360. downsides are there are bassier speakers with similar drivers and it only charges via AC cord.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Ultimate Ear speakers over priced and overhyped ->just curious can you pair all 6 wonderbooms in party (mono) mode? or just TWS? I have two so can pair in TWS wondering if I can pair more.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Ultimate Ear speakers over priced and overhyped ->thanks yeah thats what I thought. I kinda like things simplified so happy Wonderboom has no app. but its not great having to stereo pair them all the time by holding the button on each speaker. wish they would stay paired in TWS. 😭
