Wonderboom 2/3 or Marshall Middleton if you have a little more to spend
I’d personally go with something like the JBL Flip 6 or UE Wonderboom 3 instead of the super tiny ones. The ultra‑compact speakers are convenient, but they usually sound thin once you crank them. A slightly bigger model like those gives you fuller bass and cleaner sound. Also check real battery tests on YouTube instead of just trusting the box numbers. And if you’re taking it outdoors or to the beach, make sure it’s properly water/sand resistant, that matters way more than the brand name most of the time.
A UE wonderboom 4 on sale (or a 3) maybe? They're very practical and a good choice for outdoor hangs since they're waterproof and have a 360-degree design.
Ultimate Ears makes rugged speakers. I've had mine fall around a bit though never from a bike. I am not sure if any other company makes speakers that rugged. Tribit Stormbox Lava floats on water but it's huge for a bike. A UE Wonderboom or Wonderboom 2 might be better I think? Check them and the other speakers out. They're also mud resistant, have some shock resistance and float. The Wonderboom also has this lovely ring so you can hang it. Maybe they're just what you're looking for.
Bought wonderbooms 2 pack from costco like 10 years ago for my kids for like $40 and they still work/sound well and hold good charge, even after falling in the pool many times. They still use them!
Best product ive ever had. Had multiple, never died until a week ago after 10 years
