archiewaldronI'm currently traveling around the world with the Flip 7 and love the damn thing. I can't believe how good this tiny speaker sounds and it's definitely one of the few things I couldn't live without on the road. I tried the UE Wonderboom 4 initially but it sounded like a bigger iphone, with no separation between highs and lows. The Flip 7 gives a more "hifi" experience, for sure, with surprising bass and clear highs. (For context, I'm super into hifi having had at various times, Monitor Audio Platinum 100/Proac Response 1sc/Apogee Stage/Audio Physic/etc., and the Flip 7 is a great compromise between SQ and portability. )
Basics32I also bought a Wonderboom 4 just a few days go and love it. I was very surprised with how clear the mids and highs are, especially compared to some more expensive Bose speakers I have. It does lack bass yes, but I didn't really expect it to perform like a subwoofer either lol.
