It can put out some decent bass also on the go play 3 when you use the eq that most miss but its in the manual. How you liking the blast? I dont think its overhyped to be fair at that price but yeah, question marks over reliability. But even then they had no issues returning it. I agree on the Helsinki. I think once people mention immersion though they really need a pair of something. Maybe a pai of boom 2s might just be in budget.
Vifa Helsinki is not much bigger than the Charge 5/6 and has more bass. However it goes just as loud or louder depending on the song. Battery life isn’t as good as that on the Charge 5/6. It has boomy bass if you can get night mode activated with the Vifa App on Android (the apk file can be found online).
The Vifa Helsinki and there’s no arguing this one. For the size, it’s the best bluetooth speaker you’re gonna get. Size:Sound ratio is unmatched
Tldr: harman kardon go plus play 3 Tribit stormbox blast. I know overhyped. But I picked up one. Not to mention it was only £95 (so u could get 2 for tws). But it’s great. Decent sound quality, great bass. Ipx7 waterproof. In this day and age, great value for money. I hear some people have issues with battery life and background static. Personally I don’t have these issues, maybe u need some luck when buying. I tried soundcore motion 300 and it’s just shit, like it pumps the volume at huge detriment to sound quality imo. I also have a 5yo Bose revolve soundlink, and for the size and weight it’s really good. Fits in ur pocket, gets loud, good quality sound and bass for price imo. I tried Vifa Helsinki but resold Cus it’s too mono sounding. I wanted more stereo. My experiences :) If ur staying indoors, the best way to do it is pick up old shit on eBay like amp, speakers etc and make ur own setup. Would take some learning but at that price range I think is superior. If u can’t be asked for all that shit then: Im an Alan ross (YouTuber) fanboy low-key. I trust him. I haven’t listened to it but if I was staying indoors I would get the harman kardon go plus play 3
Vifa is great. They are discontinued but if you can find a Helsinki or Oslo that would fit your criteria. They are very niche so if you find them second hand they are most likely very well looked after and in good shape.
I really don't like the beolit 20. I like the sound of my Vifa Helsinki much more even though it's an older speaker and a lot cheaper now. Check some B&O a1 series, each one has a different sound type, for small portable bt speakers For medium size, Devialet Mania,a reboxed unit was around 500€ in my country just recently. 500 or under it's a good price, not the 800-900€ or how much they ask for it on most sites. For bigger sizes, i dont think you have many options,in a reasonable amount of money. The b&o a5 but it can get quite expensive sometimes. *I wouldn't call these audiophile speakers, high quality Bluetooth speakers would be a more suited name.
