This is a reprise of the "Good - Refurbished" Acer Portable Monitor that went OOS real quick. Out of curiosity I went on eBay to look for alternatives to the $33 one, and I found that Acer sells Certified Refurbished units with a two year warranty - this differed from the $33 "Good - Refurnished" units. Not only that, but there are a bunch of different variants of the same PM161Q monitor. This one in my post, then there are these: 4 ms, 250 Nit, $41.84: https://www.ebay.com/itm/256465547378 6 ms, 250 Nit, $41.84: https://www.ebay.com/itm/267229702829 20 ms, 250 nit, $41.84 (???): https://www.ebay.com/itm/276789897235 5 ms, 250 nit, $46.49: https://www.ebay.com/itm/256124120381 This one appears to be the closest to the one that went out of stock earlier. You have to dig into the description to pull the "variant" model number, they are named weird stuff like "Abmiuuzx" and "BBMIUUX" and I have NO idea what they mean. And unlike the other listing (which has the same variant model number) this one says it's 250 Nits, NOT 300 Nits. Oh, and guess what, it gets even MORE confusing because you can also buy their widescreen 1920 x 1200 version (PM161W), that ALSO has variants: 1920 x 1200, 6 ms, 220 Nit, $55.79: https://www.ebay.com/itm/277589829030 1920 x 1200, 6 ms, 220 Nit, $64.16: https://www.ebay.com/itm/257255335814 Can anyone help me figure out what the hell the differences between these models are other than the response time? Acer's own listings for specs are all over the place - sometimes they have the specs listed in the description, sometimes in the dedicated "Specs" section, sometimes their numbers don't match (listing says 20ms response time, specs say 5ms), etc. I just picked this one because the variant model letter was the highest (starts with J) and it was one of the cheapest variants.
