"I have one, and I like it better than the Arzopa one, which I used to have. Just be careful, they tend to break easily; they're cheap electronics. ... Maybe not that much, but one died in two weeks, after filing a complaint I have another one, so far it's been alive for 2 months, we'll see"

"First the usb stopped working to carry video. Only mini hdmi worked."
"You can't power the ARZOPA from the dock itself. Just imagine the portable monitor still being your normal TV. it will still require its own power source. ... Even if you connect USB-C power adapter to monitor to power the monitor and other USB-C port on monitor to dock, its not enough to power as the monitor can't output the minimum 60W that the Switch 2 requires."

Hoping to get an Arzopa from FB Marketplace tomorrow for 35 quid. Think there's a warranty too. Looking good!
Get both If you can. As in, get your company to pay for the most expensive of the 2, which is likely to be the desktop, and buy youself a portable screen for when you are travelling. I am not a CRA, but I have this set up and works for me. Basically, when I am at home I usually use the laptop connected to the desktop monitor and I would add the third, portable screen when the situation calls for it (I love the fact that the smaller monitor can be put in portrait mode). In my case, the portable screen is an acceptable enough stop gap for the rare occasions where I am working from somebody else's house. What's the size you'd be looking at for the portable monitor? I find mine, which is a 15.6", to be the right compromise between portability and "real estate". For reference, I got an Arzopa A1 for 80 Euros and it does its job. Do not expect top brightness or colour accuracy, but as a CRA I dont think that either is a priority for you.
ARZOPA Portable Monitor 15.6'' FHD 1080P - Ultra-Slim Portable Laptop Monitor with Kickstand - IPS Display for PC, MAC, Phone, Xbox, PS5 - USB C & HDMI Connectivity - A1 I have managed to get 2 of the above monitors on special sales In the $60 price range. I can plug USB c to c from the deck to the monitor, an plug the deck charger into the other c port on the monitor. This lets you charge the deck and power the monitor. It works decently well for me
I move mine between my Big Screen TV. (ok, its a mid size these days at 55 in.) My Desktop PC Monitor (a nice ultra wide) With HDR and all the fancy stuff that I really cant tell if its working or not. And recently I have a small 'portable' monitor 15" i picked up for $60 on amazon prime days. The portable monitor is interesting in how it works. I plug the USB C power brick from the Deck into one USB C port on the monitor. I then use a USB C To C "Video" capable Cable from the Deck to the Monitor. I then have the Deck working on the monitor (and charging) Without a Dock at all. Which is really sort of handy when traveling. The Monitor fits in my rather large lunch box. :) The Single Power Supply powers the monitor and Deck. NO DOCK NEEDED. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CH9WTW56 ( I got it on sale for like $80) A slightly smaller one i got on sale a few weeks later. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CH9XW8RK I am currently using one as a second monitor for my Desktop PC. I am trying to figure out how to mount it to the side of my PC case, or somehow fit it INSIDE the case behind the glass panel. Which would be neat. But I cant get the cables routed. :) Makes me wonder when there will be Video cards with USB C outputs. So, Game Night = Big TV Gaming In the Game Room = PC Monitor. On the Go/Work/Camping = Portable Monitor.
I picked the one that went on sale first. I eventually ended up buying two arzopa monitors, I am not even sure of their specs, one is slightly smaller, when they had lighting deals on them for like $50. Think about what else you may want to plug into the things later. I use mine for my deck, and raspberry pi, and as a secondary display for my main PC.
Mine is a cheap 1080p model (Azorpa A1). It cost me like 76 €. The video is not great, but definitely not terrible (I've seen terrible screens, and this is not one of them). But the build quality... it trumps all portable monitors I've seen. They have a slightly larger model that has much better specs (100% sRGB, and 144Hz), the Arzopa Z1FC. If I had to buy a new one, I'd buy that one. No questions asked.
Thanks! I actually just bought the [Arzopa A1](https://ph.shp.ee/vArVddW). I did mean dock as I’ve been using this [Baseus USB Hub](https://ph.shp.ee/eWUYYjv) for almost 2 years now and it’s saving my Mac ports. I used to have a cheap usb hub that’s like an adapter for USB to USB-C, and i noticed my charging ports were losing connection. Hence the more expensive investment. I’m not a cost person, but with my Holiday spendings 😮💨 i don’t think my wallet can take another hit
UPDATE: i Bought the [Arzopa A1 Monitor (15.6”)](https://ph.shp.ee/Y2phWVt) and good thing because M1 chip pala only allows 1 external display. I’ve opened it and turned it on+connected. It feels so premium to me like I bought something high end. It’s heavy, sturdy, and the 3 cables it comes with are also thick and strong. Might update on usage if someone asks, but I’m waiting to use for when I travel.
If pure viewing lang kelangan mo you can try the Arzopa brands. Got one and it's been a bang for buck pagdating sa image quality.
In case nawala ang link, just search in Lazada 'ARZ0PA A1-15.6'60Hz Kickstand PortableGaming Monitor, 1080P FHD with USB CHDMI Monitor Extension Screen for PCMac, Laptop, Switch, Xbox, PS'.. yea mahaba lol
I recently bought a 15.6 portable screen for that purpose. It's thin and light, turns on with just an usb cable. I just put in my backpack and go. It makes all the difference to my work as well.
I travel with this one - works well with both my work & my personal device. # ARZOPA Portable Monitor, 15.6'' 1080P FHD Laptop Monitor USB C HDMI Computer Display HDR Eye Care External Screen w/Smart Cover for Mac Phone Xbox Switch PS5-S1 Table
I bought the 15.6" Arzopa, decent enough screen and came with 3 separate cables which was good. Also it was handy to have a built in kick stand. It can be powered & connected with a single usbc cable which is an advantage over a regular monitor. I didn't however feel safe just throwing it in my bag like you can with a laptop and couldn't find a good case that would be compatible, so didn't end up taking it with me regularly. I found myself getting used to just using one screen to be honest. Even though I normally use 3 screens in my home office...
