"A good robovac is a life changer. Even a $350 basic S8. It is a great place to start. ... I promise you that you will not be disappointed by a basic S8. It will change your life even if it can't fit under every piece of furniture you own. ... My two S8s just finished vacuuming our entire house in about 46 minutes. ... While my floors were being cleaned, I sat comfortably on our patio in the cool shade with a slight breeze and composed my far too long response to you while sipping a diet soda and relaxing. ... I will have to spend about four minutes maintaining my two S8s. This will be my entire contribution to my home floor cleaning effort for today. Four minutes!"

"Like 500$ these robots are currently the steal of the century ... You can get a mova p10 pro ultra (cannot remove its mops), equivalent to the l40/x40 for 500$ after a discount code"

"I got the Q5 Pro for $139. ... costs $450 less than what I paid for the S6 ... it is the best value option out there imo."

"it has 2 mini-USB ports, one of which can connect to the Deck and the other can hook up to a charger. No need for a dock."

"It can be powered & connected with a single usbc cable which is an advantage over a regular monitor"

"I can plug USB c to c from the deck to the monitor, an plug the deck charger into the other c port on the monitor. This lets you charge the deck and power the monitor."

"Minipc powers/displays to a monitor via a usb-c. Very convenient and great for a travel setup."

"As a hybrid worker, I find the Arzopa one to be super valuable. ... Goes in a backpack"

"The portable travel monitor travels super well ... I spent probably 2 months traveling/living out of hotels this year between work and pleasure."

"I got the 1080p for my deck and used for long time until I upgraded my gaming laptop."

"The steam deck powers it and works perfectly with one single usbc cable."

"Yes plug in a usbc into one of the monitors ports to a charging brick and the other usbc from the other port to your steam deck. You will get pass through charging. ... However make sure the brick that you plug it into for power outputs more than 45W as the deck needs that alone to charge properly. ... The monitor doesn’t need much power so like a 65W will do with what’s needed going to the deck and the rest to the monitor. If you use one where the monitor doesn’t get enough power, when you try to max the brightness the display will restart. You won’t be snake to go above a certain brightness. ... I’ve tried using the 45W oem charger for power and it works to power the deck and display with max brightness. ... Btw it doesn’t have to be usbc 2. They can interchange as both ports can charge and display"

"That Arzopa monitor you have in your thumbnail is one of the only portable monitors which is suitable for passthrough charging and explicitly states it as such - confirmed myself with a wattage reading USB C cable."

"I have one, and I like it better than the Arzopa one, which I used to have. Just be careful, they tend to break easily; they're cheap electronics. ... Maybe not that much, but one died in two weeks, after filing a complaint I have another one, so far it's been alive for 2 months, we'll see"

"Same, they are extremely fragile."

"the arzopa I had fell over while I was using it and the screen got busted."

"If I remember it correctly the portable one just didn't go on while the rest worked. It didn't even show the portable one as an available display ... I get the steam deck and monitor to work but not the arzopa one as a 3 monitor."

Second this one, I have the same brand. The colour isn’t amazing so if you’re doing any design work it wouldn’t be ideal but otherwise it’s perfect. Great value for money

I had the same monitor, it fell over and broke :( It was really good and I’m not saying it’s poor quality or anything.

r/SteamDeck • The cheap Arzopa screen is one of the best things I’ve bought for my SteamDeck. ->

I literally just got one of these from AliExpress today. Found it through a Spain based seller for £75 and it’s an absolutely awesome piece of kit.

Looks similar to the Arzopa one that seems fairly common (I have one myself). Hard to say what the quality of this one is, but I'm sure it'll be fine. Worst case, you get it and hate the thing... so you just return it and try something else :)

Arzopa makes great portable monitors. Lightweight, thin, good build quality. I got the 1080p for my deck and used for long time until I upgraded my gaming laptop.

For how easy it is to break a portable monitor, I would go with the cheapest option available. I had an expensive Acer monitor that had a crack, and the repair company said that they cannot fix it with a non Acer hardware as there is a software level lock. Now I have a $100 Arzopa and couldn't be happier, it's almost the same quality, and easy to replace/fix.
