Some time ago I got a "EHOMEWEI X1 Pro" portable dual display from Aliexpress that has two 2560x1600 16" 60Hz panels. It has few operating modes while the most interesting is the single USB-C to drive the display as either one large display or two separate ones. It works on Linux and Windows while Apple Silicon devices have some limitations. M1 Mac Mini I have can only do 1920x2400 while M3 Macbook Air at the office had no problems running full 2560x3200 in the "one large display" mode. Split display does not work, the image is mirrored.
