I just bought an InnoView 14” OLED monitor on Amazon. It’s got a great build in stand and it’s very light. No touch screen though.

I'll throw you a non traditional monitor and recommend[ ](https://www.amazon.com/InnoView-Portable-Monitor-Speaker-High-end/dp/B0DGPF1GM6/ref=sr_1_3_pp?crid=UYWV0N90Y96A&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.R9flcpn-6pCkVzHFloQQJ6Xr2zitfSnKir4cRrwxp19V83nMpUaVzRGwcG3QPSupNiaaBpmPFXGa8xPqDXN_P107lHUtKYnwJ6QD3AwffzYA-pzVFQPJGNpVZP_TiMJ8L5ufrnQcmhEFSCWFbg__VcYpuqM7cOkm-htXhUR4mkGR1n4yxwud8TQo3nOJ7g9aD-wHlbDv8CAWQ0-DN1EfuDpMj_C_KitVub0tqdrO3bg.OWaglXkQGRjnu6Mc8eBd922ZE_I_eCsPVMllx6wfjT0&dib_tag=se&keywords=4k%2Bmonitor&qid=1747873038&sprefix=4k%2Bmonio%2Caps%2C106&sr=8-3&th=1)these [4k portable OLED monitors.](https://www.amazon.com/InnoView-Portable-Monitor-Speaker-High-end/dp/B0DGPF1GM6/ref=sr_1_3_pp?crid=UYWV0N90Y96A&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.R9flcpn-6pCkVzHFloQQJ6Xr2zitfSnKir4cRrwxp19V83nMpUaVzRGwcG3QPSupNiaaBpmPFXGa8xPqDXN_P107lHUtKYnwJ6QD3AwffzYA-pzVFQPJGNpVZP_TiMJ8L5ufrnQcmhEFSCWFbg__VcYpuqM7cOkm-htXhUR4mkGR1n4yxwud8TQo3nOJ7g9aD-wHlbDv8CAWQ0-DN1EfuDpMj_C_KitVub0tqdrO3bg.OWaglXkQGRjnu6Mc8eBd922ZE_I_eCsPVMllx6wfjT0&dib_tag=se&keywords=4k%2Bmonitor&qid=1747873038&sprefix=4k%2Bmonio%2Caps%2C106&sr=8-3&th=1) I got the 14" one to go with my G14 w/e I'm moving around since it just slides right on top of the laptop nice and snug in it's carry case. Looks absolutely incredible, charges and connects to the laptop with USB-C, and can even charge the laptop through the display connection so its a working USB-C charger as well. I'm using a 2023 model so no OLED on the laptop and the difference between even the very nice looking MiniLED on the laptop and this portable monitor is night and day. They offer up to a 24" one but kind of defeats the point of portability at that point imo lol, though they offer a bunch of other cool portable stuff too like a foldable duel screen or touch screen versions on their [amazon store page](https://www.amazon.com/stores/InnoView/page/B893CE20-7A4F-41F3-ACE2-2E457786ACA9?lp_asin=B0DGPF1GM6&ref_=ast_bln&store_ref=bl_ast_dp_brandLogo_sto) Very nice to have if you're someone like me whose incredibly use to working with a 2+ monitor set-up and want the extra screen while traveling.

I mean, you can charge it at the same time as long as the portable monitor has power. Doing this at home with the portable INNOCN OLED monitor. Only 2 cables, but feels like a all in one retro console. Feels surreal if you could time travel 20 years back.

r/retroid β€’ Running Switch/Wii U/3DS/PSP/Gamecube games from this tiny device, and connecting it to a USB-C monitor with only ONE cable, seems almost unreal ->

I have an Asus and Innocn. While typically a name band is better, the cheap Innocn works great and as an OLED screen, is much, much better and was under $250 from Amazon.

Yeah same. I was looking at uperfect monitors on Amazon, but decided to go with an OLED off brand monitor called Innocn. I have had it for 6 months and it has been working perfectly. Also got one from Intehill and that still works.

As others mentioned, a stand alone portable monitor might be a better option. I think it offers more options price and performance wise. I have several innocn ones and really like the edge to edge all glass front and all aluminum body. I bought oleds from them for under $150 and a nice 15.6" IPS touch screen for $80.
