This [one](https://a.co/d/bZXawB9) is worth a look. It’s 500nits, but quite bright and vibrant. It’s 4k and looks just as clear as the Retina display on my 2020 MacBook Air, but much brighter. I paid $200 last year, but you can usually get it for less than $150 now. I keep mine in a hardshell case I can throw in my backpack. I’ve yet to see any portable monitors 600nits and an affordable price point. Any higher and you’d probably want to look at mini led displays
r/digitalnomad • Affordable monitor with close to 1000 nits? ->Yeah same. I was looking at uperfect monitors on Amazon, but decided to go with an OLED off brand monitor called Innocn. I have had it for 6 months and it has been working perfectly. Also got one from Intehill and that still works.
