"It's taken a few falls over that time too. And it's held up pretty well other than a small nick in the plastic of the screen from one of the falls."
"works perfectly fine. ... I have one and I know several others in 2 different offices have them as well."
"I've been using it for several months now and have no complaints."

"gets it power AND video over USB-C. ... Works with modern Macs and PCs that support this. ... One cable is all that is necessary for these devices."
"It can with Mini-Hdmi, and an External USB-C Power cord to a Wall Socket. ... I use mine just over USB-C. IF your device supports Power and Display over USB-C then it will only need that one connection."
"Dual USB-C ports So phone and independent power at the same time if you want."

"I don't know that this monitor (either this specific model, or just in general) can show all of the fancy stuff that Ultimate makes possible."

r/Surface • Recommended portable monitor setup for Surface Laptop 7? ->I have S23 Ultra. I use this one, powered by phone or hub or wall plug. Love it, so light. Dual USB-C ports So phone and independent power at the same time if you want. https://a.co/d/bHXZGxf
r/SamsungDex • Any cheap medium sized portable monitors that can be powered directly from my phone? ->I use this, too, and it works just fine for me.
r/WFH • Portable monitors ->Thanks all, I ended up getting this one (https://a.co/d/5GU4F42) and it actually supports both MacBook and the SNES mini - I’m guessing the old one I had was just too old!
r/miniSNESmods • Recommendations for compatible portable travel monitors for SNES Mini ->I don't know if this'll do it for you, but I'm using one of [these](https://www.amazon.com/Portable-Monitor-15-6inch-Computer-Protector/dp/B088D8JG3L) as a monitor for my Steam Deck. It works pretty well for that purpose, and I haven't had any issues when I used GFN through the Deck either.
r/GeForceNOW • External portable monitor recommendations ->Np. Just one thing to point out though, and that's that I'm using GFN strictly on Performance. So I don't know that this monitor (either this specific model, or just in general) can show all of the fancy stuff that Ultimate makes possible. I picked it up myself mainly based on cost and screen size.
r/GeForceNOW • External portable monitor recommendations ->HDMI splitter and send HDMI signal wirelessly with this. SUNMEG Wireless HDMI Transmitter... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2CVL91V My laptop's HDMI port puts out enough power for the dongle that I don't need the USBC power cable for transmitting... my TV, not so much. 😁 KYY Portable Monitor 15.6inch... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088D8JG3L I use this for when I dont have a lot of space in a community theater tech booth.
r/sysadmin • Dumbest "Portable Monitor" for meetings ->Portable monitor recommendation: https://a.co/d/37nJEtL I've been using it for several months now and have no complaints. The only thing is that it's not a touch screen, but you really don't need it.
r/SamsungDex • How does Dex handle offline media + portable monitor? ->If you're looking for a home setup, I would honestly just get a real monitor (and a dock) for home use. Having the screen real estate of a 27"+ screen at the right height, directly in front of you, is irreplaceable. For travel, I pack a small [USB-C portable monitor](https://www.amazon.com/Portable-Monitor-15-6inch-Computer-Protector/dp/B088D8JG3L?sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1), but honestly don't really use it all that much. I prefer the separate monitor over the extender so that I can adjust it's location to suit my needs. Also good for swinging it around and presenting it to someone else in the room. Also also, doesn't put physical strain on the actual laptop.
r/WFH • Recently started WFH, are laptop extenders any good? ->i've been using something like this - [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088TLQR3K?th=1](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088TLQR3K?th=1)
r/WFH • Portable monitors ->This is the one I use as well, works great. I actually have two and have had both for over two years. I don't use them daily but they're holding up well, no complaints.
r/WFH • Portable monitors ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
