Those are slightly less expensive on Taobao. I purchased the 18-inch model (NE180QDM-NM1) the other day with the third board u/ciforia mentioned. I paid around $186 for everything (A+ screen), which is a fair price considering it has 2306 dimming zones and going with the DIY route ends up being around the same price. How's the screen quality and the bloom on your 16-inch panel?
