The other Uperfect lapdocks disappeared from Lazada. I wanted to buy the Uperfect Lapdock Mini. There's still the[ Uperfect Udock for 19k ](https://www.lazada.com.ph/products/pdp-i4733870454-s27381111329.html?c=&channelLpJumpArgs=&clickTrackInfo=query%253Auperfect%252Blapdock%253Bnid%253A4733870454%253Bsrc%253ALazadaMainSrp%253Brn%253A1c8e50fc7b4e2e24be372fa021949d76%253Bregion%253Aph%253Bsku%253A4733870454_PH%253Bprice%253A18808.35%253Bclient%253Adesktop%253Bsupplier_id%253A500161788069%253Bbiz_source%253Ah5_internal%253Bslot%253A10%253Butlog_bucket_id%253A470687%253Basc_category_id%253A5164%253Bitem_id%253A4733870454%253Bsku_id%253A27381111329%253Bshop_id%253A1298683%253BtemplateInfo%253A107881_D_E%25231103_L%2523-1_A3_C%2523&freeshipping=1&fs_ab=2&fuse_fs=&lang=en&location=China&price=18808.35&priceCompare=skuId%3A27381111329%3Bsource%3Alazada-search-voucher%3Bsn%3A1c8e50fc7b4e2e24be372fa021949d76%3BoriginPrice%3A1880835%3BdisplayPrice%3A1880835%3BsinglePromotionId%3A-1%3BsingleToolCode%3AmockedSalePrice%3BvoucherPricePlugin%3A0%3Btimestamp%3A1757674836467&ratingscore=&request_id=1c8e50fc7b4e2e24be372fa021949d76&review=&sale=1&search=1&source=search&spm=a2o4l.searchlist.list.10&stock=1)though. I recently bought a Uperfect 15 inch portable monitor from Shopee for 3.5k during the 8.8 sale and vouchers. Works fine, pretty decent resolution for the size at 1080p and is 60hz. Color is a little off though, I'd guess 60% sRGB (pretty normal for cheap screens. I think all laptops that costs 50k or less have the same color gamut for example). Pretty okay for the price. Just pair it with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse and you'd be fine. Rapoo has good options for cheap. I have a Rapoo set I use for my home theater server and they're pretty decent for the price. Pair that with a decently large powerbank and you can keep up work for a pretty extended period of time. I have a Ugreen 20k mah powerbank that can do passthrough charging, which means you can plug that power bank to a wallcharger and charge it while also continuously powering up your monitor. You'd need a rather moderately strong charger to charge the powerbank while powering the stuff though. A 65W should be enough. Here are Shopee PH links for these things: [Ugreen powerbank](https://shopee.ph/UGREEN-Powerbank-145W-Max-Laptop-Fast-Charging-100W-25000mAh-Portable-Charger-with-3-Ports-USB-C-Power-Bank-Compatible-with-Dell-HP-Surface-iPad-iPhone-15-Pro-Max-Galaxy-S24-Ultra-iWatch-etc-i.98350209.17893917796) \-P2099 (flash sale right now) [Rapoo keyboard and mouse set](https://shopee.ph/Rapoo-9050S-Multi-mode-Wireless-Ultra-slim-Compact-Keyboard-Mouse-Combo-i.122337516.24981820484) \- P1999 [Uperfect monitor](https://shopee.ph/UPERFECT-16-Portable-Monitors-1080P-60HZ-Gaming-displays-with-speaker-for-PS5-Mac-Laptop-Phone-PC-i.724310149.19986028386) \-P4340 [Ugreen 65W Charger](https://shopee.ph/UGREEN-65W-Mini-Type-C-Fast-Charger-GaN-Fast-Charge-for-SAMSUNG-S25-Samsung-Tab-S6-Lenovo-Thinkpad-T490-Lenovo-Yoga-S740-ASUS-Vivobook-2-USB-C-Port-1-USB-A-Port-i.98350209.12881486173) \-P798 Total: P9236 before vouchers and shipping fees. The powerbank and monitor I've tested personally. The Rapoo one I linked is different from the one I have, because I have the older version that still uses AA/AAA batteries, while the one I linked can be charged via USB-C. They're essentially the same except for that battery change. The Ugreen charger I haven't personally tested, but I own several Ugreen chargers (140W, 100W, 30W, 36W), and they're all good so I would expect that one to be as well. Importing a Nexdock will hit you around P16000 for the preorder with the new Nexdock 14 $199, That's P13000 for the Nexdock itself plus shipping and taxes.
Well, thats weird. I have a touchscreen 15.6 monitor and a broken S10+ and a functional S20FE. Both can power up the monitor and display image just fine directly into the usb-c port (cable need to be usb-c video compatible). Otherwise, the S10+ cannot go into Dex mode that way, only mirror, so I need to plug another Usb-c cable to the monitor providing power, in which the second usb-c slot also has power pass-through and goes into the phone as well, not needing a HUB for that (slow charging tho). I wonder if newer phones past the S20 can power up the screen and go into Dex Mode as well, because that seems the case. For the measure the monitor has 1 - mini hdmi to Hdmi port 2 - 2 usb-c ports that support power, video and data (in case you connect into windows and want to use the touch screen) The brand is Uperfect if anyone is interested, the model I have no idea probably a generic one.
bro how do you reduce the clamping force on your portable monitor? i got this uperfect 15inch and it broke down after 2months of clamping like that :( i wanna try to get it fixed, but i dont want to repeat the same mistake, also i dont have the desk depth
I guess the answer is going to depend on how much stuff you're willing to haul around the lapdock is going to be the least amount of crap to carry, as it's a keyboard, trackpad, screen, battery, all in one package. you CAN get better stuff individually, but for the 200 budget, it's going to be tight.... the brand new nexdock is 200, and it's really pretty good. I'm really pretty happy with it. it has better screen and speakers and especially trackpad than previous versions IPS/high brightness/high resolution are all things you're not going to find on a lapdock they're all pretty basic 1080p60 screens (some are IPS, some are TFT). none of them are going to blow anyone away, but they're perfectly serviceable the uperfect udock 15.6 might have the best screen, as it's 1080p120, but it starts to get a bit large, compared to the others fwiw, I have ALL the lapdocks, I typically only travel with the nexdock 360 (wireless) for it's size and versatility at home, I pretty much always use the nexdock XL or the Uperfect 15.6 (they're functionally identical)
i ran into this same thing last month with my s23 ultra. for $100, the [Arzopa portable monitor](https://featherab.com/shopit?Arzopa+portable+monitor) is solid - 1080p, usb-c powered, no extra battery needed. the [UPERFECT 15.6](https://featherab.com/shopit?UPERFECT+15.6+portable+monitor) also hits that price on sale. both work one-cable for dex. just grab a cheap bluetooth keyboard and you're set. the arzopa is what i ended keeping
i feel you on the budget - i used a $90 portable monitor for a year with my note 20. the [Arzopa portable monitor](https://featherab.com/shopit?Arzopa+portable+monitor) is like $99 and runs off usb-c power from your phone. just make sure it supports alt mode display. another solid pick is the [UPERFECT 15.6](https://featherab.com/shopit?UPERFECT+15.6+monitor) - sometimes drops to $85 on sales. both will need a separate power bank if you want to keep your s23 charged while using them. i'd skip the no-name $60 ones, they flicker with dex.
