I'm using Yodoit monitor. It can connect with phone with a single cable if your phone has enough charge. Or the monitor should have a power supply and be connected with HDMI so you will need type C to HDMI and this option I assume will not drain your phone battery much.

I use a minipc and a portable monitor that has vesa mount support and as well a portable monitor arm. All of it fits my purpose when visiting my friends where a laptop power is insufficient. The portable monitor is Yodoit brand, the monitor arm is Suptek, and the minipc is just an old dell optiplex micro 7050.
