Idk about these brands/models, but I use an Innocn 13.3" OLED bc I purely wanted a portable OLED for my Steam Deck. Not sure how much of a latency buff you are OP, but it's 60hz and advertised 1ms delay. So in regards to the Steam Deck + external monitor... Games that can upscale over 720p and still run smoothly on deck are nice. Games that would tax the deck at higher res (so kept at 720p) are a bit blurry on a bigger screen, i.e. Strive. I don't believe the deck can run SF6 too well at 1080p, although I have yet to try. The game on the deck screen @ 720p and normal settings is also already a bit blurry/grainy imo.
