I just purchased the uperfect 2k 120hz portable gaming monitor and im having some issues with it. Parts list: Rog ally z1 extreme Ugreen 100w usb brick (2 ports, 65w and 30w when used together - 100w alone) Ugreen 100w usb c cable Jsaux dock hb0603 (6in1) U perfect 16" 120hz 2k portable monitor First issue: when my ally is docked as normal, the monitor is not detected by the ally when connected via hdmi to mini hdmi. This method works with any other monitor/projector i own using this dock. But for some reason, even when the monitor is plugged in using the brick it came with and my ally docked with the 100w charger (two seperate outlets), still no display. The only variable i see here would be that its a hdmi to mini hdmi? But should that matter? Second issue: i am able to get the monitor to work when using the usb c passthrough charging from the monitor. But im only able to get 25w charging. Whats interesting here is it doesnt matter whether i use the brick that came with the monitor or the 100w ugreen, but i get the same results (25w mode) Now while i could live with this, now im limited usb slots because the only port is being used by the monitor. I think the reason behind this would be sure to use two 100w usb c cords. Not the 1 from the monitor and the 1 ugreen cord. I have another 100w cord on the way to test this. Edit: TLDR: issue 1, portable monitor not working with dock. Issue 2, only getting 25w mode when PD through monitor Thoughts? Suggestions? Im real stumped here
