I have the [Lenovo ThinkVision M14t](https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/p/accessories-and-software/monitors/office/62a3uar1us) and I’m quite happy with it. It’s 1.54 lbs according to the specs though. Comes with a carrying case to protect it. There’s a non-touch version, the [M14](https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/p/accessories-and-software/monitors/office/61dduar6us) that’s 1.26 lbs if lower weight is more important to you than touch capability.
Full discussion on Reddit ->That Dell monitor looks nice, but personally I got the Lenovo Thinkvision M14t. https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/p/accessories-and-software/monitors/office/62a3uar1us It has touchscreen functionality and even a proper pen included (!), so it works as a graphics tablet in a pinch. Wouldn't use it for it's color accuracy, but it's a lot better than most noname China brands. Watch out though, there's also a version without the pen (just M14 I think).
Full discussion on Reddit ->Nexdock 360 is excellent but I also have the Lenovo M14T portable touchscreen monitor that I have "customized". This involved adding a battery pack and magnetic phone mount to be able to snap on to the back base and power the monitor. It is an excellent touchscreen Dex interface. Here is a link to pictures of the monitor to show what I used to get the monitor to work for my needs: https://photos.app.goo.gl/vysXwHMT3jkrXi3W7
Full discussion on Reddit ->A must at my work. I own a 14" non touch matte m14t (or similar, can't remember the reference now). I am an industrial programmer and while on the go I am much more productive having a secondary display to work with. PLC code in the main display, robot code in the second one, excel for calcs, the hmi,... A game changer for me. My next laptop will be a 16 or 17 inches laptop, ThinkPad P1 (I guess), I will have to find a portable monitor the same size... But this will happen in two years...
