You can use portable monitors meant for laptops. I have a 15.6" I use with my ATEM Mini at times (I prefer a bigger screen when I can get away with it). It has mini HDMI in and can be powered over a USB Type-C connection. Works like a charm. These are typically (i think?) the off branded ones as they have on top of the single cable Type-C connection to a laptop or phone, another Type-C port for power and typically a mini HDMI input for non Type-C connections.

One thing I have run into using this is it gets kinda touchy depending on the resolution/framerate the ATEM Mini is set to. It's been awhile since I've used it with it but I think that it got weirded out if it was set to 59.94 instead of 60 or 29.97 instead of 30. Something like that. If I may say, double check your cables. Get a good HDMI cable to the ATEM Mini HDMI out and make sure it's getting enough power over the Type-C power port. I've had some issues with lower quality cables lol.
Full discussion on Reddit ->Can you share what brand of portable monitor you use. Currently had a Arzopa and it wasn't working with the ATEM mini pro iso, all I would get is a green screen.
