I have that Asus monitor sitting right next to me at work! It's fine, not the brightest, but definitely usable. I would definitely suggest the [MB16ACV](https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-ZenScreen-MB16ACV-Anti-glare-Antibacterial/dp/B0914KHQ4G/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=asus+zenscreen&pldnSite=1&qid=1638569084&s=computers&sa-no-redirect=1&sr=1-7) instead though. The fabric folding cover on the ACE is low quality and just not the most convenient solution compared to the surface-style stand on the ACV. I haven't compared these to the UPERFECT or other "off brand" monitors, only a handful of different HP/Asus models. So I can't say its the best overall, but would still choose the ACV over the one you linked!
