maybe 10 years ago yes, but now everything is battery integrated. There any screw outside or any cover to take out and replace battery and new models are all front in glass. I own a 13'3" inch wimait that could be powered only with the phone a bit more than 2h. With 20.000 mah powerbank around 10h of battery life.

I would have thought it was backwards compatibile, as is the standard. I bought a similar 14" USB-C monitor to use for ridealongs or if I were spectating others and didn't want to wear the goggles the whole time. The HDZero goggles with the HDMI out work great as I can display analog, HDZero, or pass the Walksnail VRX video through without having to change my setup or carry around extra gear. Of course nearly all the other pilots I've flown with use DJI so I've only used it for ridealongs at this point or to play back DVR footage, but it's still nice to have.

I use the [Changingtouch monitor](https://changingtouch.com/launch), it’s a 14-inch version with a keyboard, and it works very well. Mainly because it’s all metal, it’s very lightweight.

I have the lapdock 14x pro from uperfect, when its needed I have a full laptop setup, it’s perfect!
