Yes, I'd expect. I use Splashtop and Microsoft Remote Desktop and the keyboard, track pad or my Bluetooth mouse work just fine, basically a desktop experience through my phone! Edit: I should probably explicitly mention that I own a Nexdock 360 and use these programs daily on it via my S10e.
