Bought one of those random no-name Chinese portable monitors, it was actually really nice, but had a dead pixel and the OSD set to Chinese, but I figured out how to switch it. Returned because of the dead pixel. Bought a different brand with the same specs, turned out it was actually the same manufacturer from China, had the same box and everything but with better documentation. Did an exchange because unlike the last monitor, this one's screen didn't even turn on. I will be getting the replacement for this one today. The quality control clearly isn't amazing, but I need a smaller sized monitor due to desk height constraints so I can't buy a normal brand 24 inch monitor for the lower price. I have a VESA stand and with the 17.3 inch monitor, it fit exactly perfectly in my workspace. Hopefully nothing is wrong with this third replacement. The brands I purchased were CNBANAN and MAGICRAVEN. I'm almost certain that the UPERFECT ones are also the same manufacturer in China. I specifically chose the 17.3 inch 1080p 144hz freesync model.
