Clear Protein Isolate

I like 1Up Nutrition's clear protein. They're super yummy, low calorie and don't leave me feeling bloated or nauseated.

Yessss! The lemon is my favorite! And it mixes in so nicely with yogurts

1UP is the brand. They are the best tasting I’ve ever had and are a whey isolate clear protein. The flavors I like are lemon Italian ice and strawberry Italian icw. Amazingly good tasting and super clean, lean, and tested for no extra bs and such.

I am the same way! The struggle. Everything has “that” taste. I have thankfully found 1up nutrition. They have the best protein in my opinion. What changed it all for me is the clear protein. I’m hooked. No milk needed and it tastes like a flavored water. My favorite is the cherry Italian ice but I love anything cherry :) the lemon is sooo good too. I sometimes mix half and half 🤤I have at least one a day. 8oz water, 1 scoop, mix and add ice and bam 20g protein in 80 cals. I also love the vanilla ice cream powder to add to my coffee some days. I use a discount code from one of the girls I follow on Instagram.

They’re a little more, but not too bad. I like 1Up’s clear proteins. The grape tastes just like regular grape juice to me. They feel “cleaner” to me too, I don’t get that sluggish, bloat feeling from standard whey. When I do have regular whey, I like the MRE line. I’m a female so I use MRE light. For premade shakes, Fairlife are great, and the Oikos are a solid number 2.

I do 1up lemon ice too! I really like it!

I really like 1up nutrition’s lemon Italian ice flavor. I mix it with water and a strawberry lemonade or raspberry lemonade liquid IV. It’s really good! I can’t do the protein mixed with milk/almond milk.

I love the fruity clear protein powder from 1Up. They’re a little pricey, but last a long time. My favorites are the lemon Italian ice and the strawberry. ETA: It’s not a protein drink, but I also love the Ratio protein yogurt. The vanilla tastes like cake batter. So good!
