I have been using pure why protein isolate isoflex brand Allmax. I get it on Amazon. I’ve been using it for years since I started training for competition few years ago still I got sick. My nutrition coach recommended it me bcse it is clean and doesn’t have a lot of garbage in it so my stomach is able to take it. It’s not that expensive compared to some Protein powder.
Used to use ON…and its good, but switched to Allmax Isoflex isolate [https://media.supplementking.ca/wysiwyg/isoflex\_2lb\_NF.jpeg](https://media.supplementking.ca/wysiwyg/isoflex_2lb_NF.jpeg)
Originally was an Optimum guy, still good but prefer Allmax Isoflex isolate…love the orange dreamsicle. They have a natural isolate that’s cleaner than the regular.
Allmax Isoflex whey isolate (I like the orange dreamsicle…but it's not for everybody) or Diesel isolate. I used to be an Optimum fan (and it is good) but switched to Isoflex. Whey isolate gives a higher protein yield per scoop of product and higher bioavailability.
Allmax isoflex chiller. If u like peach juice, this hits the spot
I use [this protein powder](https://a.co/d/0anQiOB) and I love it. Tastes like chocolate milk. I can easily drink it with room temperature water but I usually use some milk. I also use it for overnight oats and I replace 1/3 of the flour in pancake and waffle recipes with it
I use Allmax Isoflex peanut butter chocolate flavor. It tastes like chocolate milk, even if it's just mixed with water.
AllMax Isonatural unflavored is pricey but the best regarding purity and ingredients. Most of the wheys like the gold standard have Stevia in them which I can’t stand. I sometimes get the AllMax IsoFlex Vanilla.
Do Allmax IsoFlex Peanut butter chocolate protein powder. It's 27g of protein in a 30g scoop so it's 90% pure protein isolate. You usually can't find a better ratio than that. 120 cals/scoop. Just mix it in like 8-10 ounces of water and down it.
Allmax IsoFlex. 90% protein by volume and only 120 calories per serving. It's also the lowest I can find as far as sodium goes. For weight loss it isn't necessary and can be substituted by just taking EAA's to lower your calories. Find out what your TDEE is and track your macros. If your in a calorie deficit, which is necessary for fat loss, and find yourself still hungry start eating more fiber and/or use a Psyllium Husk Powder as a supplement.
I've been using Allmax IsoFlex for years now and I've not found anything better at almost 90% pure protein per serving! Lol, Promix is some overpriced hyped up garbage. IsoFlex has 27 grams of protein for a 30 gram serving versus Promix's 31 grams for a 44 gram serving. IsoFlex has a total of 75 servings for $95 (5lbs.). Promix has 52 servings for your 2 bags at $130? Do the math. It couldn't hurt to just get a 1lb serving container of IsoFlex for $30 and try it out.
If price truly isn’t a factor then go somewhere else than Costco if you want best quality/metals etc. costcos options vary from bad to decent but there’s a reason stores like supplement king exist or everyone would buy everything at Costco. With that said if you’re looking for something: diesel whey isolate is a great product with a clean profile and low metals if you’re looking for something that’s a quick release whey. Isoflex whey isolate is good also and they even have a natural flavour if you want to avoid the artificial additives completely. If you’re looking for a whey casein blend and don’t mind the flavouring adds, select brand is pretty good. If you must buy it from Costco for whatever reason, I would expect the lean fit pure isolate would be the cleanest that they sell. Optimum is okay also but it’s a blend and not a pure isolate which means it contains some cholesterol and isn’t as pure as a pure play isolate.
