I’m in the same boat op😭😭this summer has really reduced my appetite, and lactose intolerant too. I recently tried Alpino peanut protein from their trial pack and have started using it regularly. It feels light on my stomach, so you could try it if you want.
Bro, add Alpino's peanut protein to this as well. Seeing crazy results since the time I've been using it and really light on my gut too. It isn't as expensive as these other whey proteins as well.
Pros:
- Flavor is honestly the highlight. After Avvatar's Malai Kulfi Flavour, this one is honestly my favourite.
- 27g protein instead the standard 24g per scoop.
- Very light on the stomach. Easily the lightest plant protein I have tried and digestibility feels great.
- Mixability is decent. Mostly smooth in a shaker with only occasional small lumps. Someone in the sub said to ask a pinch of salt which really helps with the flavour idk how lol. Tastes better with milk than water.
- Switched to plant protein after whey but seeing the same results and strengths, not much of a difference.
- The brand is also pretty transparent, asked for heavy metal and lab reports which they shared quite fast. Can attach in comments if someone needs it
- For around 2000-2500, it's a pretty great deal, easily the best tasting plant protein. I saw some people get it for around 1700-1800 too which is fr a steal.
Cons:
- Foaming is there everytime after shaking.
- Since it is plant protein I am still not fully sure about absorption compared to whey.
- Aftertaste can feel slightly weird but nothing major.
- Mango flavour is shit, hated that one. This taste review is only for the Thandai Fusion Flavour.
