Hey OP what composition do you use with the whey? cuz i use this too i dont get that much of foam and the lil i get goes away quickly
try with 200 ml milk shake it well for a minute add 50 ml milk and then 150ml water assuming you are not lactose sensitive
Amul whey is so light, just shake it use it after 30 mins, Most whey under 2k are whey blend whereas amul gives pure whey concentrate. I don't think I will be able to spend more. Used to be nakpro user but not anymore, there ingredients list is not good, idk how they are trusitified
1900-2000 ka whey protein se yehi acha ha.... And matter of fact plant protein and whey protein is 95-99% same on bioavailability.... And this third party lab tested and in 1900-2000 whey trust is a big issue and sometimes Market 26g even 24g protein but in 36g or even 40g scoop size....this is way better
Uske liye 2kg ek sath but karna padega.... Normal 1g 2200 ka hai ig .... And there is other reasons like digestive skin ethical...many person have may reasons for me as a student it looks promising as a height quality top notch plant protein powder in affordable price almost nacpro price .... The trust and laptop test is a crucial point here ...you should be 100 % certain about what you eat ....but amul is also good if you buy 2kg pack at once which will cost little bit less that 1900/kg but if a heavy amount at once payment and the availability is a big issue almost always unavailable especially the chocolate flavour
The dick riding of whey protein is crazy.....No protein is inferior.....as it's already an ultra purifier and processed product...the main thing is amino acid profile.... Yogabar is 2000 rs jan aushadhi has a heavy trust issue and Great risk of getting fake .... Performance whey is 26g in 37g serving size so per gram protein the price is cheap at all.... Food strong already said 2300 not cheap at all ( do not know much about so no comments) the main option is the amul whey protein if you buy 2kg pack that is 1800-1900 rs/ kg but has to buy bulk..... And many also plant protein because of digestive issues skin problem acne and many but for ethical reason.... And think whey is better is false ....matter of fact what i have observed own plant protein is the best in plant protein market ( not compared with whey as that is a grey zone) because of its clean ingredients each batch lab tested and the very affordable price only other option...
I was taking Amul protein for two months. Now I have switched to Muscle Nectar (MN) mango magic protein. However, when mixing MN protein in a shaker, it creates too much foam, unlike Amul, and after resting for 5 to 10 minutes, the foam does not settle. (My shaker is clean with no residue of soap or anything). Mixability is not an issue, but foaming is excessive. What can I do? Thank you.
ON was the first protein supplement that I started. It actually got cheaper when the GST was revised so I was so happy about it. But they just started increasing the prices month on month soon after and it just feels unaffordable now. Just this January I said my goodbye to this. Switched to Amul Whey now which is (wheeey) cheaper and sometimes get a 10% off extra when IPL is happening. I know people have had quality issues with Amul but so far I haven't seen any in my personal experience so will continue to use it till then. I liked ON's taste though better than Amul but I don't mind anything if I have to eat anything I just hold my nose and gulp it down quickly 😅. Better than spending 9k on Protein I guess.
Yes why not. It's Trustified Certified (2 years ago). No harm in trying provided you get one. But lately it has been in stock most of the time I wanted to order. There's only 2 flavours, plain and chocolate. I'd suggest go with chocolate because plain has a strong taste if you're not used to whey before. If you get plain as chocolate is out of stock sometimes, just add some unsweetened cocoa powder or coffee to offset that taste. Go with 30 pack first so you're not stuck with it for long, there's a free shaker too on the 30 pack. But when you make it let the foam settle for 30 mins atleast otherwise might cause bloating. That's the only issue with this protein as it foams a lot and cannot be taken immediately. Foaming is good in a way as it means its good quality protein and doesn't have any anti foaming agents.
I got a perfect amul whey this time but having some stomach ache after 10 mins. Lasting maybe 30 mins
Bcaa is there i guess
Ok. I take it with pinapple so hopefully it helps with digestion
The trick with Amul protein is to add it with skimmed milk in blender with a banana. Perfect taste, no additives, no chemical flavouring. Plus provides the clean carbs required after workouts
Yes. I prefer a fruit over chemical flavouring anyways. And you can change depending on season. Mangos are about to come. Perfect after workouts nutrition when mixed with whey and milk.
Same here, man. Previously, I was only buying unflavored whey, which doesn't foam much. The first time I tried the Amul chocolate whey, half of the bottle filled with foam. I'm confused whether this is a good one or not. I am not going to buy this again.
Amul is best, I am using now
I take amul and don't do gym
