AS-IT-IS Nutrition - ATOM Whey Protein

I've been using Beast Life Iso Whey. The mixability is good and there's no bloating. However, if you're someone for whom taste matters, it doesn't taste as good as Pro Concentrate. I ordered a 4kg bucket, which came with four 1kg packets. This packaging reduces the risk of the powder drying up. I personally don't like As-It-Is. Firstly, because of the mixability, as you mentioned. It also feels heavy, whereas Beast Life is very light.

You can use Atom whey protein, they have very good quality products with decent price

I can vouch for Atom whey protein. Iv’e been consuming ATOM for almost three years. Its good and light on gut. I recently tried experementing and switched to Naturaltein, somehow i dont like the aftertaste of stevia. Once I finish this I am switching back to ATOM. Atom’s double rich chocolate, vanilla and cafe mocha are descent flavours and they also dont leave a weird aftertaste.

Whey is usually the best bang for your buck in India (fast absorption, complete protein). Soy works too if you’re dairy-sensitive, but some people find it harder to digest. For affordable options, check **Optimum Nutrition (ON), MuscleBlaze, As-It-Is, or BigMuscles**. If you want plant-based, **Plix or OZiva** are decent. Stick to brands with third-party test reports and avoid flashy marketing blends.

As it is and nakpro cost around 1k for pea protein if I am not wrong

other than foaming in AMUL its great in digestion and absorption at least for me I drink 2 sachets per day and 200gm total protien per day... no bloating for me Huge upgrade from asitis atom whey

Under 2k, i would suggest asitis. Definitely on sweeter side but i trust the brand.

even though the post bash nakpro their flavours taste decent... especially coffee and malai kulfi....I didn't find any lab test which showed the protein % as 45% instead of 65.......5-10% is a manageable deviation considering the price....I used to buy atom but they increased fking 400 -500 rs​ in 2. months...I bought it for 1500 rs and fuel one too increased its price...I used to buy it for 1600 and now it's 2000 rs c'mon...only option left for me is nakpro...I tried a sample from muscle blaze and damn it tastes the same as fuel one Maybe bcz fuel one is a sub brand of muscle blaze

try asitis atom for once it is cheap but still somehow better than these in terms of digestibility and mixability dk about flavours as i use the unflavoured one. All of it's products have always passed trustified e.t.c too. I started using it when I was a student but have never needed to shift since.
