Avvatar prices make me opt for foreign brands like drexsport , myprotein , i remember their yellow concentrate one used to be 2100 something (flavoured) , and 1800 unflavoured now it's 3100+ which is even more than what the isolate used to cost

I have almost the same weight now(108), started at 115kg, also the pcos thingy. I've been taking the ATOM as-it-is whey. Nakpro is also good. Anyway, Protein is still just protein, having PCOS doesn’t really mean you need a different kind
