Better go with soy protein from asitis. I tried nutrabay pea protein and the taste is not good but asitis soy protein isolate is much better in digestion, taste, and high protein . I got 2kg for 1350 from hyuga life

Whey is usually the best bang for your buck in India (fast absorption, complete protein). Soy works too if you’re dairy-sensitive, but some people find it harder to digest. For affordable options, check **Optimum Nutrition (ON), MuscleBlaze, As-It-Is, or BigMuscles**. If you want plant-based, **Plix or OZiva** are decent. Stick to brands with third-party test reports and avoid flashy marketing blends.

I’m using nakpro and asitis which I get around 1100-1200 or so. I feel ok but don’t know any better.

Asitis. Have been using it for a year now. (In protein shake, not rotis)

IK right, I've consumed MB, TWT, GNC, Asitis, My Protein and ON. And ON >>> in every aspect. No too sweet, light, actually tastes like cocoa, no bad aftertaste, great mixibility. TWT cold coffee was so hard for me to gobble. Also used to have lumps.

ON is thick ? I understand GNC and MB but ON ? ON is the lightest whey I've consumed, not too sweet, no bad after taste, I enjoy it with water, milk and oats. I've tried TWT cold coffee and My Protein Cookies and cream and it was so hard for me to finish them. So, now I've just stopped trying, ON is my go to I can drink it daily. I used to skip whey because of the taste when I had TWT, My Protein, muscleblaze and asitis.

Taking IMPACT will not suit your goal, as you want to cut, you need to have more protein then carbs 1. If you have budget issue then look for any brand which is giving 28 serving and higher protein content, But the issue is, it is not possible to provide more protein in less amount, so either there is Mixing of other compounds OR they are false claiming their protein content. Used online protein but didn't get that result, Used offline authentic dealer protein, get the result needed 2. Increase your budget by Rs. 200-300Go for Nakpro Gold Good flavour, good mixability , good results Want to go little higher, You can buy 1. Asitis 2. NRoute 3. Avvatar Extra advice, 1. Avoid maida and bread 2. Use Soya chunks for protein 3. Use paneer for protein 4. Use cucumber, carrot, bell pepper and Tomato as salads Will keep you lean, full and nutritious Keep grinding, Keep growing bro πŸ’ͺ🏻
