If u really want ,then calculate price/protein. Almost all brands have same type digestion.. Or find someone who has govt canteen access...There u can buy in cheap... Look for who is offering more proteins in same price.. Otherwise u can buy unflavoured whey (as it is brand) Cheapest, good digestion,80% protein... I used it and it's really good..
What’s the best time of the year to stock up on whey? Sep 23rd onwards, Amazon Great Indian Festival and Flipkart Big Billion Days starts which usually have solid discounts. But are these the highest discounts of the year, or are there other sales which go even lower? Also, for those who buy regularly do you prefer: Smaller jars/pouches (1–2kg) - fresher, easier to use, less risk if it clumps? Big 4–5kg tubs - more economical per scoop, but is there a risk of whey powder drying out, clumping, or losing quality if it sits for months, especially in humid cities? Would love to hear everyone’s experiences on: Best sales season (lowest prices you’ve seen and where). Quantity tips - Is bulk buying actually smart, or is it safer to rotate smaller packs? I’m thinking of grabbing some AS-IT-IS Whey Protein Concentrate 80% this month, I have tried 250 gms pack and found no bloating or any other issue. Only Mixability is bad I have to use Mixer to mix without any clumps. I want to hear other recommendations in the same price range which are better than this?
No returns but quick replacement. I got ASITIS whey protein delivered on Saturday evening. It didn't have a batch no, manufacturing date and expiry date. I contacted ASITIS telephone, but the robot said that they are active from Monday. I had emailed them at the same time. While I contacted Amazon and told them the issue they sent me a replacement order which got delivered in 2 days. I got a reply from ASITIS on Monday to contact Amazon. So their customer service timing is from morning to evening on weekdays, no weekends.
Asitis and most of the others come with a code to verify So what's the issue? I have purchased from Amazon earlier and never found a fake till now, hopefully aage bhi nahi milega. Brands usually have a poor customer service when you have a problem that's why I prefer Amazon.
If you don't have problems digesting lactose, whey protein conc. is a good option for you. If you're sensitive to it, WPI is the way to go. If you're on a budget, or are vegan, plant protein is a great alternative. However, it can take a while to adapt to plant protein's grainy texture and taste. Brands that I suggest which are trustworthy and avoid fillers are OWN by Food Pharmer TWT or raw / unflavored whey protein from ; Naturaltein Asitis Nutrabay Muscleblaze Muscle Nectar
asitis raw is budget friendly, twt raw is 10-20% better in packaging, taste (overall product) than asitis PRO tip from an amateur - always buy raw, never flavoured. you can add flavour yourself. what do you think, they gonna add real strawberries or mango? they add flavouring substance which you can add yourself. you can buy them easily. they are added in shakes too
Hey everyone, I’ve tried a bunch of protein powders over the last 5 years and ended up caring more about **cost + practicality** than anything else. Used: * Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Double Chocolate * The Whole Truth Whey (Unflavoured & Chocolate) * Only What’s Needed Chocolate * Asitis Raw Whey * Amul Whey (Unflavoured sachets) Observations: **Unflavoured whey is just cheaper** Especially The Whole Truth (Unflavoured) and Amul, significantly better value per gram of protein. **Taste (subjective):** * **Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard** → still the best tasting * **The Whole Truth (Unflavoured)** → neutral, easy with water * **Only What’s Needed** → didn’t like the taste much personally * **Asitis Raw Whey** → neutral * **Amul Whey** → okay-ish, works best in smoothies **What worked best for me (instead of flavored whey)** Rather than buying flavoured Whey, I just add flavour at home with every scoop: 1) Cacao powder - Didier and Frank 2) Coffee flavour - any instant coffee This turns out to be much cheaper and the taste can be adjusted as needed. **Cost breakdown:** [Cost breakdown](https://preview.redd.it/ewau24mxxnyg1.png?width=952&format=png&auto=webp&s=c1b015e2f0daf4e18bd1e400c5824e27edc8d530) **TL;DR** Unflavoured whey is cheaper and more flexible. Use cocoa/coffee + stevia instead of paying for flavour. **The Whole Truth** for water, **Amul** for smoothies
