balik na kaya ako sa on? i started with athelene and rule 1 few years ago and ok naman but i switched to on after a while. now na bumalik ako sa rule 1 parang gusto ko isuka everytime iinom ako unlike before. don’t know if it’s just the flavor.

For me, ON. I have used this one for years (until nagtaas sya ng presyo recently that I had to switch). Taste is okay lang ( not bad but not good sabi ni Jisoo 😂), mixes well with water, medyo matabang sya kumpara sa ibang whey protein like Rule1. For me best value ito kasi di lang basta okay ang lasa, kundi sigurado ka na walang amino spiking.
Dymatize is okay din I think, nadidinig ko sya sa iba na ayos din. Di lang ako nagtatry kasi too pricey for me. Pero sa pagkakaalam ko mas safe and better ata ito sa ON.
Currently naghahanap pa rin ako ng whey protein for me. Okay ako sa Athlene, Rule1 and Nutrabio, natry ko na sila. Medyo matatamis itong brands na ito kumpara sa ON. Baka magstick muna ako sa Nutrabio sa ngayon. Medyo mas confident ako sa Nutrabio since naglilist sila ng amino acid profile content in mg. Si R1 kasi hindi nya nilist eh.
