Been using i about 2 months now. No breakout. You might also ease on the egg yolks if you can, somewhat it causes acne on my end. 1 egg per day is the sweet spot for me

I tried multiple flavors na ng athlene like chocolate hazelnut (okay lang naman lasa), vanilla truffle (eww, lasang chalk), caramel macchiato (lasang chalk na may kape) pero wala nagstay kasi di talaga masarap and sumasakit tummy ko. Anong brand mererecommend nyo na di mabilis nakakasawa and di mabigat sa tummy??
