Kapag nagbbreakout ka sa wheyl and athlene then most likely magbbreakout ka din sa ibang brands since sa whey protein na ang concern. Try getting 1lb of vegan or plant based protein.

I usually drink my protein shake with just water. From US Brands, I switched to Athlene kase very affordable sya dati and good quality. Pero something changed with Athlene lately at kasing price na sya ng US Brands. Anyway, I switched to Rule1 to try lang and I bought the Pistachio Ice Cream flavor... I thought flavor lang sya, pero I noticed na kahit water ang imix ko, ang thick ng texture nya and lasang Ice Cream talaga haha. So I tried replacing water with unsweetened almond milk. And froze it overnight. And voila! I just made a protein Ice cream 😂 I know the milk adds up calories haha. I don't even know if I should feel bad being able to enjoy and eat Ice cream on a daily basis hahaha. Thoughts?
