verdict: treasure honestly, this is one of the strongest labels i have seen in the indian market 1. math epa: 720 mg dha: 486 mg total useful stuff: 1206 mg of pure omega3 per capsule. 2. why it is a "flex" a standard cheap fish oil pill only has 300 mg of omega-3. you would literally have to swallow 4 cheap pills to equal just 1 of these. 3. the hidden win look at the ingredients: it says concentrated omega-3 triglycerides most high-strength options use ethyl ester (which is cheaper and digests worse). if this is actual triglyceride form at this dosage, it is top-tier quality. final call: This is the goat. pop one and you are done for the day.

Avatar is one of the few Indian brands I really trust because they have their own milk supply chain (Parag Milk Foods) and don’t just rely on importing cheap powder. 35g scoop has 26g of protein, which is about 74% pure. Thats std for a flavored concentrate For flavor, the Hazelnut is a great ,tastes like a mild nutella shake. But it has 3.8g of carbs per scoop, so its not the leanest isolate, but its clean. No amino spiking, no weird fillers, just solid, fresh whey.

as it is whey isolate unflavored This is one of the most efficient protein in the market in terms of numbers. you get a massive30g of protein in just a 34g scoop. That is \~88% purity, which is elite (most flavored isolates only hit 80-82%). Because it is raw, there are basically zero fillers jjust 0.6g carbs and 1.8g fat per serving. It is pure muscle fuel. since there is no sugar or cocoa or any flavor, it tastes like plain, watery milk (wet chalk).

nuzest is one of the best plant protein, they have a great digestibility would like to know what made u think that?? and creatine is a simple formula, take any brands tbh doesn't really matter.

this is the balanced approach. 300g of actual chicken and eggs first is better than just taking shakes. also, naturaltein for both the plant protein and fish oil is a smart, they are one of the few indian brands with legit international certifications (like cologne list and glyphosate free), so quality is clean.

++ for belgian chocalate and mango rush too. Absolute shit tastes never ordering again. I tried quite a few brands in past year, I feel Avataar has the best taste and obviously digestibility and all those things are good only.

I wouldn't be too hasty to blame just the maltodextrin for your digestive issues, maltodextein is bad but some people have issues digesting lactose, so maybe try isolate protein (where the lactose is removed). If I were you, this is what I'd do, try Whey Concentrate of a different brand. If the digestion issue persists then move on to Whey Isolate. As for the question you asked as to what brand I'd suggest, that would depend on the budget. I personally purchase my protein in the 2 to 2.5K range, currently I'm using Muscle Nectar which is a blend of Isolate & Concentrate & costs around 2.3K, i have previously used Avvatar, Muscleblaze, Naturaltein & Fuel One. I do not purchase Muscleblaze & Avvatar anymore because they have become ridiculously & unreasonably expensive and cost around 3K right now. P.S : I wrote all that jazz under the assumption that you are unaware of different types of whey, if you're already aware Please accept my apologies for giving unsolicited gyaan.
