Avvatar is best combo of taste and high quality. it's fresh and really clean. so I would suggest to take only avvatar from the above list, it has number of flavors which u can try from and all of them is great.

Malai kulfi flavor gives me the most amount of bloating and diarrhea too. Idk why maybe it’s the batch.

I used to wonder the same, until I used Avvatar Fuel whey and Avvatar Performance whey simultaneously. The performance version is noticeable better for digestion.

Wrong choice of words. What I meant is, if I consumed Fuel whey on day 1, I felt bloated with digestion issues. On day 2, my digestion was fine when I consumed Performance whey. I repeated the same multiple times with the same diet, and each time the Performance whey was better.
