Farmer Protein Powder

I use paleovalley bone broth and I’ve used their protein powders as well and tolerated them, right now I’m using Ballerina Farm protein, the strawberry mixed with plain Greek yogurt taste like some sort of delicious desert, just don’t add to much or it gets a bit thick!

I like Ballerina Farms protein powder! My sister loves the FlavCity protein powder! Both of these options have cleaner ingredients than most if that matters to you. Once I finish my protein powder, I am going to give it a break because I feel like saving those calories for more protein (meat) at dinner that is filling. For some reason protein powder doesn't satisfy me as a snack and then I am wanting actual real food after drinking it. Doesn't hold me over much for the amount of calories and protein. But I know lots of people that it works great for!

I tried a friend of mines chocolate and I ended up buying one of my own. It is really pricey, but honestly I feel the taste is unmatched. It blends very well, and there is no sickly sweet after taste. Just to compare, I love fair life and Alani nu protein, not a huge fan of ghost, and clean simple protein(feel like it has a horrible after taste)
