I use paleovalley bone broth and I’ve used their protein powders as well and tolerated them, right now I’m using Ballerina Farm protein, the strawberry mixed with plain Greek yogurt taste like some sort of delicious desert, just don’t add to much or it gets a bit thick!
I like Ballerina Farms protein powder! My sister loves the FlavCity protein powder! Both of these options have cleaner ingredients than most if that matters to you. Once I finish my protein powder, I am going to give it a break because I feel like saving those calories for more protein (meat) at dinner that is filling. For some reason protein powder doesn't satisfy me as a snack and then I am wanting actual real food after drinking it. Doesn't hold me over much for the amount of calories and protein. But I know lots of people that it works great for!
I have started using ballerina farm protein. Idk if it has what you’re looking for in it, because I don’t have the container in front of me.
I just use water to mix it because I rarely have milk in the house. But I usually start with half a scoop of protein, warm water the other half of the scoop of protein warm water. I use a frother to mix it. Then I add cold water and continue to mix it. Then I just drink it. It’s not clumpy or anything that way.
