dayzdayvLook at high calorie smoothies- real food that will help you pack it on. Eat an extra chicken breast at lunch and dinner. An extra steak if you can afford it. Focus on the real foods first. I like UMP brand protein as a supplement. It’s a blend of whey and casein and doesn’t give me mad protein farts like many others do. Use it before bed for some quick calories and to have something in your belly for sleep. But yeah try to eat real food.
