A legjobb és legtisztább fehérje az élelmiszer. Csirke, hal. Evidens, de ki kell mondani, mert sokan két pofára eszik a porokat, miközben a legjobb forrás még mindig a fel nem dolgozott élelmiszer. Viszont rohadt fárasztó, unalmas és megterhelő napi fél kiló csirkét belapátolni, így teljesen érthető az álláspontod.
Én a tej alapú fehérjéket ajánlom, whey és kazein. Az egyik gyorsan, a másik lassan szívódik fel, de általánosságban egy whey fehérjeporral nem fogsz melléfogni. A kettő legnagyobb hazai gyártó a Biotech és a Scitec nem rendelkezik termékekre vonatkozó bevizsgálásokkal, de mindkettő rendszerszinten ellenőrzött és ezáltal szerintem nyugodtan kimondható, hogy minőségi termékeket gyárt.
Én személy szerint évek óta a Biotech 100% Pure Whey -t használom és semmi bajom tőle. Ha nagyon érzékeny vagy a laktózra, akkor esetleg gondot okozhat, de alapvetően nagyon kevés benne és ha csak esetenként, max naponta 1-2 adagot eszel meg belőle, akkor nem fogod rojtosra fingani a gatyádat tőle.
Az ilyen kombinált, meg extra töltelékanyagokat tartalmazó szarokat érdemes elkerülni. Azért a legjobb a whey típusú fehérjepor, van benne sok fehérje, kevés szénhidrát és zsír, elég tág aminosav profil és megvagy.

\- It's a mix. 21g of protein in 25g scoop. 82% of whey. Soy is used for emulsifying.
It has BCAA's:
L-glutamine 5.5%, L-leucine 0.2%, L-isoleucine 0.1%, L-valine 0.1%
\- Coco flavor, who cares if it has real or not, it's for taste?
\- Don't they all have sweeteners? I would assume it would taste horrible otherwise. Rather sweeteners than sugar calories.
\- Flavor additives "Who knows what they are"? Just read from the Ingredients: Whey protein isolate 82% \[whey protein isolate, emulsifier: lecithins (soy)\], L-glutamine 5.5%, cream \[partially hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, milk protein, stabilizer (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)\], flavoring, chocolate powder \[cocoa mass, cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), flavoring\].
\- Anti-clumping chemicals. No idea how much there is, but I would assume that it doesn't have much.
The ingredient list includes **anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)**, which is used to prevent clumping in powdered products.
**Regulatory Approval**
· In the US, calcium phosphate (E341) is classified as **GRAS** and officially approved for food use under FDA rules, including color additive status.
· In the EU, agencies like EFSA set a group Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) of **40 mg phosphorus per kg body weight per day** for all phosphate additives, including calcium phosphate.
However, long-term, high intake—especially from processed foods—can significantly raise phosphate levels in the blood. This may contribute to vascular calcification and cardiovascular risk, particularly in people with kidney issues or heart concerns
I don't see how this product would be worse than any other.
