Bob's Red Mill Whey Protien Powder. : )
Would recommend using it in smoothies with greek yogurt too, as it increases volume and makes it fluffy.
I only ever buy unflavored whey concentrate, which I buy from Bob's Red Mill. It's a brand that specializes in baking and not supplements, so it selects for flavor more than the brands that sell whey primarily as a supplement. This pattern plays out across many ingredients. I also don't recommend ever buying 5 pounds of anything that you haven't tried. If you're gonna buy that much of something, buy a smaller amount first, or find someone you know who already has it and you can try it once, so you know what you're getting into. Whey is really expensive; you don't want to blow money on something you won't enjoy.
Bobs red mill whey powder is flavorless and can be added to a ton of stuff
Bobs red mill whey for just whey and no junk. Mixes well varies and the ones that mix better will have some junk in it. If you took bobs and added a little vanilla or chocolate and a slight amount of sugar it will taste even better.
Garden of Life Whey Protein Bob's Red Mills Whey Protein Nutricost Bob's Red Mills Almond Protein All have little to no extra ingredients, just simple Whey Isolate or Concentrate. None of them has sucralose. It's best to purchase frozen berries in bulk and create your taste w/ a blender, i.e. strawberry or wildberries. This way, you also get Fiber.
Lots of protein powders use artificial sweeteners, too. Bob’s Red Mill whey protein does not. You could also try Manitoba Harvest.
I don’t use any artificial sweeteners of any kind (I don’t trust them at all), so I know how hard it is to find protein shakes without them. I use Kate Farms: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08FNSZP6X?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder-mobile_k0_1_4&=&crid=13YU8FWZWV78R&=&sprefix=kate Kate Farms has a few different lines of shakes. This is the only one that doesn’t have artificial sweeteners.
