Hmm you seem leaning into taste than the actual contents. Anyway : \- Dymatize Iso100 (Pricey, Pero maganda yung contents and masarap lasa.) \- Ryse Loaded Protein (Pricey, Pero masarap at matamis yung lasa dahil sa sugar content.) \- BSN Syntha-6 (Dati itong best tasting whey 10 years ago. Pricey na siya ngayon, Pero masarap at matamis yung lasa dahil sa sugar content.) So ayun, If you want best tasting whey(and not diabetic of course). Look for whey brands with 1-2g of sugar per scoop in it. Goodluck!

I like BSN Syntha 6. It tastes amazing when mixed with milk. Chocolate and Vanilla are the only flavours I've tried and both are great.

r/beginnerfitnessFor those of you who drink protein shakes, what is the best flavor?

I like strawberry. For whatever reason, it makes it easier to drink the thick protein shakes. A thick chocolate tastes like motor oil and a thick vanilla tastes like bad milk. Ultimately though, it depends more on the brand. Synth 6 is my favorite powder based on taste, but it is more expensive and lower protein than other options. Premier protein is probably the best all around, but it only comes in chocolate and vanilla. Lately I've been using Quest which I find tastes great and has a lot of protein for very low calories.

r/newzealandBest protein powder in NZ? Looking for healthy & tasty options

My two favourites are the Radix Nutrition protein smoothies (which come in fruit smoothie type flavours e.g. banana and mango, or mixed berry) and then Pure Sports Nutrition "recovery protein". Both are not the cheapest by any stretch, nor are they the highest protein but I like the Radix one because it contains fibre, serving of fruit/vegetables, and a great base for adding other ingredients. The Pure recovery protein is also very tasty. Both of them I never feel any upset tummy after. I've bought various Mushasi protein powders when cheap at Chemist Warehouse and always found they give me a stomach ache. No matter which particular product. Years ago I used to swear by BSN Syntha 6, which was always the best tasting in my opinion but haven't had it in a while.

I really like BSN Syntha-6! It’s marketed as a bodybuilder/weightlifter protein so can’t get it at the grocery store but it is soooo good and the macros are fantastic. I get the chocolate milkshake flavor and it’s delish. Mix it with skim milk and the macros are even better. And most importantly, it’s really inexpensive. If you get the giant bag of 97 servings, it’s about $110, so like a third of the price of Fairlife Core Power (which I also really like a lot).

Oh, thought you meant the regular core power ones. Muscle milk powders are very tasty... syntha-6 is also delicious... currently I'm using mutant surge. All powders and pricy up front but per serving pretty cheap... and not just whey. Technically better for you than the core power too... you're paying for the convenience imo

r/ZepboundLeast terrible tasting electrolytes, protein and fiber?

Electrolytes: I love GHOST, mostly because the Ocean Water flavor makes me feel like I'm back at Sonic! [https://amzn.to/3HpQdBT](https://amzn.to/3HpQdBT) \- They have several flavors, including Cherry Limeade, too. I also recently got into the Prime electrolytes. [https://amzn.to/4dNVW08](https://amzn.to/4dNVW08) They taste more like drinking juice than drinking an "electrolyte". I really wanted to like LMNT and Nuun, but just couldn't stomach drinking them completely. Too salty and weird. I put protein powder in Greek yogurt and convince myself it's ice cream. That helps avoid even the granular brands. I use SYNTHA-6 [https://amzn.to/3T7iK1p](https://amzn.to/3T7iK1p) or 1st Phorm because I love the flavors. [https://1stphorm.com/collections/protein](https://1stphorm.com/collections/protein) Oikos is also out with a new protein drink that has 30g of protein. I can't find it in stock yet (it literally JUST came out two days ago), but I'm on the waitlist as I love their other high-protein drinks.
